Hello i need a bit of help here, this is my second time buying the dime true wireless the first time i bought them they were amazing i loved them, until the left bud volume started decreasing, i didn't cared by the moment i kept them clean but the volume of the left bud decrease more and more at the point you can enjoy it anymore, then i want to buy the same model again but at the second month i had them the right bud volume started decreasing by a lot they were clean i got a bit mad so i removed the cloth thingy that is has to see if it was dirty from inside but no it was clean i tried resetting them and i didn't work, it stayed the same, so now am all out of ideas of what to do, so i came to ask if there anything that i can do to reset the volume 😭
