#bloom
I discovered them through your reaction of "You and I" and went to listen to their whole discography hahaha Another great band I found out through your channel, thank you 1 million times
samee
This album feels like the perfect mix of self titled-era Saosin and define the great line-era Underoath.
I'm hearing it, also the energy and the vocals reminds me of Counterparts
this guy gets it ☝
I get mad from autumn to ashes vibes.
Man I swear ur responsible for like 90% of my playlist XD tysm for keeping on showing me these absolute bangers ❤. I’ve been consistently watching your videos for like 3-4 years now
Crazy dynamic is one guitarist does cleans the the other screams
It’s like how Canadian band mayfield is it makes bands more unique having multiple vocalists
Discovered this band yesterday and just immediately added the whole album
Same lol
One of the best upcoming bands for sure, this album was brilliant. Thanks for putting me onto them!
Yo its that guy i see reviewing every metalcore album on album of the year
@@SamuelStudiosit is indeed
I need Bloom and No Home to tour together ASAP
Add Ghost Chant to that and I'll buy the tickets immediately
Man, reading the lyrics of Fragments of a Dream felt like I was reading my own thoughts, couldn't help but cry
Just got finished with this ABSOLUTE GEM of a record. Wow... am I glad I checked these boys out. I kept hearing shades of Counterparts, but they really carved their own sound here. GO LISTEN TO THESE LADS!
In some parts they sound Counterparts+Casey to me :)
reminds me of counterparts nothing left to love, love everything about this
this take me back to the old metalcore era. The good times!
This band's sound is very much a nostalgic feeling, but with a modern metalcore aesthetic imo. This album feels like a mix between, Underoath, Adept, early Polaris. It screams Warped Tour era, but also feels fresh, really nice album :D
What an album that delivers so much in only 30 minutes
I highly recommand the first album of To Kill Achilles cause they have a lot of the last song vibes but throughout the all album
Got another insane Australian band coming up. Alienist: Prisoner of you. You gotta check them out!
On the list!
@@bogdanhxc Thanks legend! You won’t be disappointed 😁
A solid album for sure. I'll have to give it another listen later tonight. You should also check out a band called Galleons that just released an album a week or so ago. They have a great post-hardcore sound and their songs are groovy and fun.
I've been following Bloom for a hot minute now, am from Sydney. If y'all ever get a chance to see them live, 110% go check em out. Crazy energy.
The Piano outro 🤌
Love all the Bloom🥀 love you put out!
Underrated band, beautiful album.
My favourite tracks are You&I and Through the Threshold
"Bloom - Cold" ❤
I've been listening to these guys since 2020, glad you enjoyed them
Thanks to you, I have these guys on repeat 🤙🏻
Reminds me a lot of Adept and I could not be happier to have discovered this band!
I was listening to this all yesterday!
Same, it has such a unique feel to it
@@bogdanhxc thanks for your reactions man. Your channel and playlist are one of my main sources of keeping up with new music these days.
Thank you, Bogdan for showing this PERFECT band! Banger album 11/10 for me
Hell yeah
Definitely check out Galleons new album. I loved it!!!
Such a perfect melodic hardcore album. Love the TDWP, Jeremy esque clean vocals mixed with that classic Counterparts, early TGI sound.
This album is so perfect in every single way. The heaviness, the emotion it's all just so beautiful
Definitely will be on my top 10 list in December
thank you for the recommendation this band slaps
You & I literally makes me feel like I’m 17 again.
Never heard before. It's just so good man.
Bloom are sick, but they’re from where I’m from, so I might be biased.
Saw them in Tokyo last week, and they delivered.
This album is so good. I hope they get the recognition they deserve.
There’s so many influences in this album, it’s super nostalgic.
Thanks for always putting me on some new shit
BloomTheFall
Thanks. It’s great. But what about «Casey-how to disappear» when it comes to albums of the year?
I just noticed something. For the past 3 years, there has been a banger debut album released on the 3rd Friday of February. 2022 had Consvmer on the 18th, 2023 had Half Me and Graphic Nature on the 17th, and now this year has Bloom on the 16th. All banger albums by the way. Just thought it was interesting
So good, it reminds me to old metalcore.
This is very “between hell and home”
this band fuckin rules
Gives me Thornhill’s TDP mixed with some pop punk throwback energy.
Man you should listen to Her Last Sight! A 2024 10/10 album as well
This album Casey’s new album and being as an oceans new album are top three album releases of this decade for me
completely agree with the 10/10 !!! gotta love emo revival core . Im glad we checked this on stream
Could not agree more 10/10
I really wanted to love this album but I couldn't get away from the "counterparts at home" feeling. Bound To Your Whispers is the only song with replayability imo. A good first attempt for them in the genre, and I feel like their follow up album will have much more appeal.
Bogdan, have you listened to Enterprise Earth's new album? Thats my first 10/10 of the year, personally. This album sounds great too!
Bloom is a great Band
this album is GREAT
Another Australian band to check out: Fallweather. Their new EP is such good melodic hardcore.
One of the best albums of 2024 so far
Truly
Gonna be hard to top this album for me this year
i think the first 10/10 album of 24 was how to disappear by casey (the band)
🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
This band sounds like a old band called "spies like us" very good album tho!
u need to check new casey album too...
it's on the channel :)
@@bogdanhxc ohhh my eyes sorry...
Sorry to break it to u man. But Galleons had the first 10/10 album with ‘Violent Delights’. And so far it’s also AOTY…probably until ERRA-CURE comes out or DGD’s new album 😅
Yup Galleons album easy sweep this year so far
have to check that one out still, heard a lot of good things!
@@bogdanhxc ya u REALLY do. It’s an absolutely incredible album !!
They deserve more recognition(same for Valiant Hearts). Tom is such an amazing singer and a great songwriter.
@@Ecstas345 yes they do. Ur 100% correct about that. He is an incredible musician in both Galleons and Valiant Hearts.
Still waiting for “the death and birth of an angel” by fallingwithscissors
old silverstein vibes, at least on the cleaner parts
Thank you bogdan for letting me discover bloom for the first time this album maybe in another life is fantastic from start to finish jono's screams were fantastic throughout the album & the clean vocals were top notch the instrumentation was outstanding aswell i am so happy that i purchased this album through pure noise records merchstore these guys are the best australian metalcore band that i have discovered this year so far thank you once again bogdan keep the reactions coming bro.🙂❤🤘🔥
I wanted to like this a lot more than I did. Cleans didn't do it for me and they were way more prevalent than I thought they would be. Title track slays though.
Laughing stock goes off live
I mean you clearly haven't heard the new Galleons album yet haha (jk). The album is legitimately incredible and borderline iconic imo. It doesn't have any "breakdowns" tho, so u might hate it 😂
Maybe In Another Life, maybe an another AOTY.
first one to like the video !!!
Champ
Strange... it seemed quite predictable to me and I didn’t find anything interesting in it for myself 🤷🏻♂️
It happens, im sure something else comes soon for you. Tastes differ, felt the same about unprocessed.
Check albom MORDOX - GRANGSLAM👌
This Ukrainian slam band❤️🔥🇺🇦😈🤟
hi Bogdan! Can you do a reaction to Ukrainian band Artgore? Sure you gonna love them 🌟 Slava Ukraini 🇺🇦
I fucking hate autotuned vocals in heavy music. It's sounds so cheap and ruin atmosphere. (sometimes it goes with the style, but this is rather an exception)
huh? how do any of the vocals here sound cheap or ruin the atmosphere? also 99% of music you listen to has vocals that have been produced and "autotuned".
@@bogdanhxc yeah, i know that vocals are always processed, but i mean this type of processing, when the voice sounds plastic and synthetic for no reason. This is typical for example for Erra and Monuments. Btw it's just my opinion, i don't mean that their music is bad or something, but for me it's a big drawback.
Hate to break it to you champ but this is pretty identical to how they sound live
Not a fan of them really, they just sound…generic. It’s just I’ve heard hundreds of bands that sound almost exactly like this.
