How to wash a motorcycle how to clean a motorbike - Diablo TWEAKED REBEL 500

- Today I washed TWEAKED REBEL for the first time. I followed the exact same steps that I do with my Evo except I used the air drier significantly more.
My 6 steps to cleaning include;
1 - Pressure wash the vehicle in the shade, to get all surface dirt off.
2 - Use Wheel cleaner (No more than 5 mins on the wheel) and snow foam the vehicle.
3 - Pressure wash the entire vehicle.
4 - Wash the vehicle using a washing mit and pressure wash the mit after each panel.
5 - Pressure wash all of the soap off the vehicle.
6 - Air blow and towel dry the vehicle.

good video. Couple of tips to prevent any kind of scratching. Use 2 buckets. One with soap and the other a rinse. Dip in soap, wash a bit of bike, dip in rinse so all of the dirt ends up in that bucket, dip in soap and away you go. I also wouldn't recommend using a mitt, you'll find you have a tendency to lean on the paint because its over your hand, leaning means you can push grit into the paint and cause swirling. Same goes for your car too :)
Thanks Mark. I don't actually like using any buckets as even with a grit guard the contaminents remain suspended in higher waters in the bucket. For this reason I changed to using the pressure washer to get dirt off the mit as shown in the video a few years back. The results are better in my testing. I also have no problems using the mit as the mit is clean in every application. Every wipe of each panel is clean and none of my wipes actually have to be hard in pressure force.

Thanks it is called a foam bottle and it attaches to the lance. I'll update the description in a sec👍
A 22-14mm hose adaptor was also needed for the lance to hose connection and I've updated the list.
This is a beefy Rebel 500.

Does it not affect the live in the chain or do u put more of it afterwards? I don’t really know motercycle maintenance
after washing you lube the chain with Motul chain lube.
