I had a 1.3 Mk1 Sport in glitzy Metallic Purple when I was 19 and I Loved it !!I got married at 20 and had it for at least 7yrs or so, til I made the dumb decision to get something more spacious and bought a mk4 Cortina. BIG MISTAKE !! Turned out to be an unreliable piece of crap with the handling of a 2cv. Wish I still had my old mk1 sport, it'd be worth a small fortune now.

German Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025
on by reducing petrol stations to only one state operated central gas
station per city. From 2027 on in the EU certain car spare parts will be
banned too....as exhaust systems, turbo chargers and even some engine
and gearbox oils...California and New York will do the same from 2027
on.... So no investments should be done in oil burning cars any
longer....

always wanted to build a mk1 rocket with a 2ltr v4 out of a zephyr, but never found a good one for the right money, even have the engine and a parts engine in storage.

A variety of engines really pintos, cosworths, zetecs etc. HP wise there's such a wide range of engines so it's hard to say the ones in this video can be anything from 180 BHP to 500 BHP.
These cars are the pinnacle of rudeness. A bone stock 1100 cc version maxed out at around 80 mph . Fucken comedy show.

Thanks Martyn, and yeah he ended up respraying the whole car in plain Blue! He forgot to lock the bonnet pins in after having his bonnet up at the show, real painful to watch that was.

Neo's Gaming Construct the bonnet pins weren't locked in so air got underneath and lifted it off, it was a fibreglass bonnet so doesn't weigh much
Thats what i thought but didn't seem to be going fast enough for air resistance to lift it. Didn't realise it was fibre glass though so that would make more sense.
