It's not that they're rare, most auto shops do have it, but some people either don't want to fix it or choose to have it look that way

The 81 green Corolla was it for me. I had the exact same one in the states. Regret selling it so bad. Love the small bumpers they have over there. We got big ass ugly rubber looking ones here in the states.
