Hi there Mathi. I would have thought that our HD 1080P mini covert 3.6mm camera would best suit your needs:

This can be adjusted to focus close to the camera which is what you would need in an endotrainer. Does this mean you can change the spark plugs on your car going in from the exhaust !!
