    Very professional!! This guys applies different greases and lubes in all moving parts, also uses a torque wrench for the right snug! Every bike mech should follow this!

    Amateur tip:
    I use my pinkies to apply grease and paste.
    Left for grease.
    Right for paste.
    Easier to clean bu first and foremost so much easier to keep the rest of a bike tidy, cause you can operate the remaining four digits with full dexterity w/I leaving grease/paste marks.
    Great videos. Thank you!!!

    I just saw your video on the Venge build, what was the clip you positioned into the BB? Forgive me but I am still getting up to speed on the different types and weaknesses etc. I own the 2020 Allez Sprint and absolutely love it, but am getting some creaking. I did see that the Praxis Zayante cranks seem to be rated very nicely, but if I can do something to get away from this type of BB standard to fix creaks I am all for putting in an Ultegra crank next year. Any suggestions on adapters or what is up? I am super happy with the bike, put on better wheels (still aluminum but much better), Ultegra rear mech, chain and cassette. Went with Rubino Pro 28s and it rides like heaven. If I need to do a little more to get it quiet I will, because that creaking is killing me. The bike is fast as hell and to me is super under-rated, but there seem to be lots of happy customers online with them. Many thanks! Your videos are amazing btw, keep up the great work.... Would bring my bike in the shop every week if I knew you were caring for it lol...

    • @thedropcycling
      @thedropcycling  4 роки тому

      Hey mate, thanks for taking the time to comment. Really appreciate it. Now take my advice, don't worry about the adapters they will fail eventually. Get yourself a praxis or praxis style bb that 2 cups threaded together. It's a bit heavier but way less creaking noise. Hearing that noisy bb is just awful

    • @yonglingng5640
      @yonglingng5640 2 роки тому

      Shimano cranksets use a 24 mm spindle, so to use this crankset on an Allez Sprint, you'll need a BB30 bottom bracket made for 24 mm spindles.
