I agree! When it comes to staying motivated on challenging days, It's essential to give yourself short breaks to recharge. Variety can be a great motivator. If I'm feeling stuck or unmotivated, I might switch tasks or work on something different for a while. Changing the environment, such as working from a different location or using a standing desk, can also help.

Ok 5am mornings arent worth it for me either! However will be beneficial for the busy days like you say !!! For me itll be enough time to clean my house before leaving the house instead of leaving in a rush and getting back to mess 😅
