When youre thinking too much about aging, without offence but thats mostly your own vanity, so try to just find peace with it, rather than obsessing , also cutting back on things like scented candles, pillow sprays and chemicals around you (scented candle is just basically burning chemicals even if brands claim its natural organic blabla youre still inhaling chemicals (ultimately those are the things that may age you and can cause diseases) same as all those millions of creams and things such as fake nails hairdye fake eyelashes enumbers in your food and supplements, anything chemical basically its all so so incedibly toxic , youre wonderful as you are! Wishing you and your little family best of luck 😊
