Do you have a permit to work in Finland and 2. What type of permit do you have. When i put NILL since they wld be the one to assist with some permit requirements wldnt it reduce chances? I have submitted 2 applications where i put 'NO' as response but just worried it might affect it. Your advice wld be appreciated. Thank you

It won't affect your chances if you have the experience for the job that you apply for . Certified employers expect people to apply from outside Finland not to have the right to work there .
Hi!! In the thumbnail it's shown that there's no AGE LIMIT, But in the website its clearly mentioned that most work visas are issued for ages between 18-34 years. Should i take this as there is minimum chance of getting a work permit if someone's age has crossed 34 years ? Also is the application fee refundable if permit not issued ?
Fees isn't refundable. However, you only pay it when you have been offered a job with a sponsorship. You will get the visa if you are offered a job with a sponsorship. Chances of getting the visa are slim if you are above 34/35.
