I’m getting ready to purchase one and before I do I really appreciate your tutorials for making the decision to go with it a no brainer. Found one for a good price that comes with the 7.85” Crystal Sky Monitor along with the Cendence and 4 batteries and 2 chargers all in one package deal. I’m going to add a Titan Drones, Inc. amplified antenna system as well which should really make for an awesome setup.

I am curious what your take would be on the Matrice 200v2 . If the Matrice 200 and to a certain extent the Inspire 2 evolved from the M100 what would the next-gen M200 be?
I guess things have changed in updates. The raise/lower option is not available even when the I2 is on. I see two other options that deal with landing gear but neither (after applied) raise or lower the landing gear
Mad RC...you know more than DJI engineers. Which model of the Cendence do you have? Have you noticed any circumstances where your custom menus settings revert unexpectedly to factory set options? Have you ever experienced the “RC Reset” message on Cendence display when doing a start-up? Thanks. Great videos! Very clearly explained. Nice not having to listen to a lot of “hey dudes” and silly dialog that contributes nothing to the viewer.
Iv not experienced that if I'm honest, Once I did loose the settings but that was after a major update, iv not had the RC Reset, just make sure your on latest firmware and hopefully there will be an update out VERY soon.
Hi, Cendence is updated via DJI Go 4 via Wifi, currently it does not support assistant 2 on PC or Mac, you need to just make sure your online when you turn it on and it will check for updates, do this with the aircraft turned off is best.
With an iPad Pro, it works just a bit differently. It doesn't need the i2 to be on to set up the buttons and save your personal configuration but I don't have the same options you do on the Crystal Sky. I only have "Landing gear Switch" or "Landing Gear" and "landing gear" was already set by default and doesn't work except to raise the gear but never lower it. I've been forced to hand catch the i2 which isn't fun. Do you have an ipad you can test this on?
Yes, type a connector. It issue is, even without the drone connected, I get a couple of menu options but neither of them are what you see on the CS. Hoping we can sort this out as it is really frustrating.

Will the Inspire 2 ever try to land without the landing gear deployed down? I just attached my Zenmuse X5s for the first time and would prefer it to remain pristine. Also, if you have the Zenmuse connected and then press the Inspire 2 power button 5 times in a row, will the Inspire 2 raise the landing gear to flat configuration, potentially sitting on the Zenmuse and maybe damaging it, or does the Inspire 2 automatically detect connection and mounted status of the camera, and thus refuse any commands to raise the landing gear while parked?
Great but DJI basically messed up on this - they should have pre-configured a button. I was flying and COULD NOT LOWER MY GEAR!!!! I had to go through what you describe 'in-flight' at a time when the batts were real low.

Best Cendence coverage. Do you know why my Inspire 2 480P camera will not reduce to thumbnail size on my Crystal Sky / Cendence Radio? It now takes up 75% of the screen and I can't see the 4K content. I can't find anyone that has seen this problem. Thank you.

Agree with you on Crystal Sky - a MUST. How about a vid on the Cendence internal GPS and dynamic return to Tx location?

`Landing gear should work as before, some times you have to press and release then press and hold for it to action.

I do and will test this this week, I was not aware of an issue here, just to confirm you are using the rear USB A port for connection ?

How do you update the Cendence. Mine did a reset for no known reason and I would like to refresh the firmware in the Cendence.

You can't refresh the firmware on Cendence but when an update is available it will prompt you in DJI Go 4 when connected to a network

Yes it was changed later in firmware.

Problem cleared up with Feb 10, 2018 firmware.
