brilliant video brother,your description for a strong void build is absolutely correct,some people try to save money and regret later but there is cases where the builder will try to save his time and cost so that he gains more money in his pocket and if yiu try to tell them they are wrong then they get angry and say if you know better then why did you call us.if i build house in future i would get builders who will work on a daily paid price and get work done as i want.maybe cost more but it will be a goid job in end
