I had my girl in a 20gal in the beginning, and it worked well enough when she was still young and skinny, but as she got older I moved her over to a massive 60gal and she LOVES it.

You should look into the Bio Dude for bio-active substrate and stuff, way better than the Josh's Frogs stuff in my opinion. He also has a channel but its mostly long-form stuff that can be a little hard to watch once you've already heard his main points.

Hey I recently found out a Canadian company I work with ships to USA, you can get a 4x2x2 for 200CAD. Usually takes 2-3 weeks to build. Check out First Strikes Snakes, maybe you can partner with them? I have 5 units from them! I feel like a broken record talking about them, but just love their units. >.> I also have an extra 3x2x2 so I'm debating a Tokay, can you sneak one over the border for me? :P
Also I think focusing on Tokays for your channel will be amazing, so many people are scared of them, so learning to tame them out would be amazing!
Not gonna lie, Tokays legit scare me 😅 but I think they're sooo badass. Maybe I'll be brave enough someday!

Poor beta fish get so abused they almost never get the proper sized tank or any enrichment
It's true they should get a tank like anyone else but then people put them in bigger tanks they often then give too much water flow and not enough plants. Bettas come nasty thick over crowed with plants areas with low oxygen and literally fields that get flooded and then dry up and the betta dies in a tiny puddle. So realistically a small tank or even a jarred betta is not living a bad life as long ad it's fed and water changed daily or as needed and not kept other than to sell or keep males from fighting as they mature. It's sad but not the saddest.
@@JohnDoe-xq8sk I recently got myself a community tank and have it so planted you really have to go around the tank to see all the fish the female betta I have in there is so much more colorful and just loves exploring everything and taking a nap in the hornwort
