I can only describe their albums as INCREDIBLE. A band with so many powerful songs. Moonsorrow stand out and above other bands in this great genre of metal.

Their sound is basically the traditional Viking Metal like Thyrfing, but probably better to just call them pagan metal. I personally think this is much better than those bands with little black metal influences like Ensiferum, but both are good. Finntroll and Moonsorrow are the best finnish bands!
@AnalEvisceration88 I agree. I personally call every band that uses traditional instruments or traditional sounds (keyboard) folk metal. Makes it all less complicated and it doesn't judge the content as strictly :D
