What is /52?
Out of 52 is a video project where we create a new video every week for an entire year. Each video has no set theme, just what interests or inspires us that week. Initially, we embarked on this project to challenge ourselves creatively and develop our filmmaking skills. We understand not every video will appeal to our entire audience, but we hope you enjoy what you watch and stick around for more.

We know a lot of people are saying we could use a green screen behind both people to avoid rotoscoping, but the reason we didn’t is just because we didn’t have a green screen big enough. We’re sure it would work the same if you did!

Niiiiice, was wondering that myself. I assumed a lot of rotoscoping, didn't even think of green screens.
Do you reckon it would have been easier with a bigger green screen / diagonal green screen? That way you could have avoided all the rotoscoping at the end.

If u had the person on the left on a green background as well, it will save u tons of time and work.
that’s true, but we really wanted that shot to look as real as possible so the green screen on the entire sequence would have thrown it off a little bit. also, in sam’s effect he isn’t on a green screen and we were trying to exactly copy him!
