A November garden tour sounds like a wonderful way to wrap up the season! How's your garden looking as you prepare for winter? Any particular projects you're focusing on, or are you mostly wrapping things up for the year? 🌿
Looks a wonderful sunny day 😊 it is minus 3c but sun here for a few days. I’m glad you had a lovely Thanksgiving 🦃🎃. Have a simply awesome week next up 😂😂 Christmas 🎄, Ali 🥶🥶🇨🇦
Wow Ursula you still have a lot of figs. Great idea to reuse the old crop cage cover. I hope I still have brassicas left, I’ve been gone for 4 days, so who knows. I will go check them 1st thing tomorrow! Happy gardening!!!!
Yes Ursula use ur stash ❤ How did u get your fig to fruit…I’ve been struggling with mine for a while and still no fruit ? “Seeds” from tree collards won’t render true tree collards but u might get something interesting 😊… propagation is your best bet and super easy to do
Hey @meb4142, most definitely using what I have to save $. I planted the fig tree in May of this year and I added a lot of compost to the soil before planting it. I recently added all purpose fertilizer to the soil so that may have helped but here in S. Louisiana, we still experiencing warm weather. I was thinking the same thing about the collard seeds but any collards will be welcomed. Thanks, have a great evening.
I love your garden. Thank you for the tour. I'm local and is interested in your banana trees. How to contact you. Again I love your garden and you are inspiring.

Hey, everything is looking good. I really need to invest in that cage. Tfs
Hey @NettasNest, thanks. The crop cage helps a lot...Not 100 proof but definitely keeps out the cabbage moth. Have a great evening.
