Thank you for all your informative videos! They are steering me in the right direction with my 11 month old English Springer Spaniel puppy. I have been very interested in human health, dog health and especially nutrition over the last decade. I too, went through the caloric restriction and fasting stages, but I recently came across Dr. Ray Peat’s work, Dr. Mercola, Georgi Dinkov, and the Energy Balance podcast, all of which has further engaged my interest and opened my eyes to other approaches in nutrition.
