Finally....at least an answer!!!
I've always been able to "rumble" my ears....when I was a kid, riding my bike, I'd "rumble" and pretend I was flying a jet!
About a week or so ago, the random "fluttering" (similar to the rumble...but more like a fireworks finally off in the distance) started, and is pretty much constant.
The only relief is filling up my ear in the shower, or tucking my chin and stretching the back of my neck.
Happened to me in 2020 then went away after a day …now 2024 it keeps coming and going away …I also was diagnosed with tinnitus in 2020
Is the fluttering normal to have? I got this overnight and I was freaking out about it. Could that be caused by loud music? I do tend to listen to loud music very often. I just want to make sure it’s nothing bad. Can it go away on its own?

I’ve got fluttering in my ear now comes on every now n again for a second or so each time ? I’ve not listened to loud music in a while, how long does it take to go away
