I really appreciate your honesty Raymond, and I feel strongly that you should be very proud of your ability to become sober and overcome the early obstacles inherent in that process. You have many special talents, and I expect that you have only just now scratched the surface of all of the good things and success to come. As I think you would agree, some things are out of our control, and there are no guarantees or solutions in life. Nonetheless, make sure you remember to dream big, because you are a special person with a unique skillset and the ability to connect with others in an authentic manner. Thank you for sharing your story thus far. I look forward to following all of your future endeavors. Keep up the good work. Onward and upward!
We are very often are own harshest critics, Raymond. Your current and future success have nothing to do with luck. You are talented, and you are a hard worker. Beyond that, you have been willing to make the changes and take the risks to see your initial vision become a reality. Know thyself
I'm loving the video so far. I'm hoping to save up enough within 1 to 2 years to be able to purchase a property. I recently signed into a lease where rent is $850 per month plus $50 for utilities, so $900/month total. It's only for a 2 bed, 1 bath trailer in a town of not even 500 people. For some people that might be cheap, but I think $900/month for a trailer in literal who nowhere is atrocious. I can afford the rent no problem, but I do not trust rental property management companies and they are going to raise the rent. I'm also reminded of around 10 to 12 years ago when, and I kid you not, my dad was able to easily rent a 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath townhome for his now ex-girlfriend and kids for around $750;/month.

great format to discuss with people. wow. you can tell @housingnerd invested energy in his intro and channel (have to listen to the rest). you are like always. edit: raymond is on another episode called "Truth Revealed: Finding a Great Deal WITHOUT A REALTOR".
Thanks Raymond! I appreciate your insight!
