Glocks are the MOPAR cars of handguns. I EDC my Walther PDP but my home defense is based around Glock's compatibility. If you've ever seen what it's like in a city 5-6days after a storm, no power and minimal cell signal, you'd understand wanting to stage a firearm in various locations of your home. Extar's EP9, PSA's Dagger and my G19 allow me to run a single platform with no stress about remembering what magazine goes with which firearm at 3am That being said, I much prefer the feel of my PDP. It's a better grip, excellent trigger and a better magwell out of the box. The PDP is not necessarily the "better" gun but it's alot more comfortable to shoot.

This was a great video extremely helpful. I can’t believe I watched the whole thing. I usually watch about 10 minutes. I have a Walther PDP and it is absolutely amazing. Thanks a lot for your feedback.
Got a PDP compact with the 4" barrel and the Holosun SCS-PDP red dot mounted directly to the slide. Puts a smile on my face every time I pick it up, and one of my most favorite pistols to shoot.
I have a Q4SF and have been on the steel frame train ever since I owned it. They released the 4.5inch which is what I have been asking for years. I think that is going to be a pinnacle striker fire model.
Note: Great Review, my stepson were discussing Walter PDP's Sunday. He is looking at buying a new C.C. weapon. For us you went over the difference of the three models to fast, even as we backup and went over them again. Got the F, knew that. I have carried for deep cover a PPK/S for 17yrs.
Great video. I am always happy you like Walther so much over there. Some freinds of mine work there and built the guns here in Germany. It makes me kind of proud.
One of the best reviews ever. I'm glad I ran into this channel. I will be adding a PDP to my collection. I already have several Glocks and M&P's. I picked up a steel frame pistol at a gun show and the weight was crazy. Maybe I'm just not used to them but I bet they shoot amazing. Thanks.
You got a new subscriber. I'm extremely interested in the PDP as my new CCW. You're the first UA-camr to hit on several key facts I was wondering about. Excellent review.
Gzzzzzz I'm kicking myself in the butt because i just stumbled onto your channel and boy i can tell that you all are thorough just by how detailed you were with this video. I'm instantly a fan and I'm locked in from here on out. Great stuff!!!
I'd never heard of the PDP, walked in a gun shop I go to all the time down the street 3? years ago, saw the Walther PDP and bought it because It's James Bond's brand and it looked pretty cool. Love it, shoot it all the time, and it's accurate as hell even for my average abilities. Wife just got me the long slide PDP for my birthday. Looking forward to that one. Have lots of cool pistols, cheap ones, way more expensive ones, but I shoot my PDP 70% and the CZ 75 SP-01 20% and the rest I shoot off and on. PDP shoots great with optic, without optic, cheap ammo, more expensive ammo, just shoots nice.
@@boomee78 I got it in 2021, 2024-2021 equals 3 years. Got the 5" one this year which is the version 2.0 and has a different optics system. They're both great pistols. Have a Holosun 507 on both, solid system all the way around.
Thank you so much for your clarification on the difference’s between the PDP group of handguns..I am getting the PDP Pro series.. So excited about shooting this beauty.. I really enjoyed your meticulous research in the difference’s on these models..The build quality look excellent..Fantastic channel
Perfect Insight! I'm getting the PDP Pro SD 5.1 Full Size, but I want the Steel Frame! It's just outside of my budget at the moment... I want it BAD tho! held it when considering the PDP Pro, looked at the wife while holding the steel frame and she gave me the "The look" so I knew it was a no go lol I can't wait to set the money aside for that one tho.
I have the PDP MATCH SF "5", PDP MATCH POLYMER 5", PDP PRO E, PDP COMPACT, and soon to receive my PDP PRO X... I love every single one of them! I have thousands of rounds through each of them (not the PRO X yet), and they are just a joy to shoot. My favorite platform EVER!!! Soon to get a PDP PRO F to add to the collection just for shite & giggles!
Bought my 1st gun a month back. Went to a highly rated store nearby, and they recommended the Glock 19 and the PDP FS 4.5. After holding both, the PDP felt better ergonomically, and the weight/beefiness felt just right for me. I'm new so I don't know much but after watching your review, I'm really happy I went with the Walther. BUT, now I want the steel ver 😅
Bro, if you can afford it, get the steel with their match trigger. Definitely worth the money, but like all things try it out the range if you can. However, if you are new to shooting, the money is better spent on training and hiring an instructor.
@@resolute123 Appreciate the advice. I will definitely hire an instructor. I've gone through 1000 rounds now and feel great with my progress but I am sure there is so much more to learn that I wouldn't on my own.
My first pistol is a PDP-F 3.5. It's my concealed carry EDC. I did some homework and this was the best bet. I really love it and am so glad I have mine. I also have the Halosun SCS PDP optic.
I've been carrying the Glock 43X for 2 years now so I've grown to like it. I tried the PDP F the other day and it's the first gun that as soon as I picked it up it immediately felt like I was holding a superior firearm just by the way it felt in my hand. I have been searching for feedback from people who carry it. I'm concerned because its a bit bigger in every dimension than my current gun especially that slide. How is this gun to carry daily?
I honestly don't even remember how i got turned onto the PDP's but i own a few of them now and their all decked out with the toys and goodies. But i will say this about them, that 5 lbs trigger is definitely cap, cause these are the 1st guns I've ever shot that its beyond hard for me to prep the trigger without sending one down range by accident. Lol. Its like a 1.8 lbs trigger LOL. Awesome gun, and awesome triggers. Salute to the team that built these guns.
Great review. To add... Pdp like the ppq come with the stepped chamber. The guard around the magazine release is great. Keeps you from accidently palming the magazine out or driving the magazine release into your opposite hand ,keeping the magazine from releasing. I personally own a pdp 5in full size odgreen and 4in compact. Very reliable and accurate after 5000rd per pistol.
Correction (23:49) The Dynamic Performance Trigger ($179.00) is not available for the PDP F models. They also now have a PDP Pro-E model which is the same as the PDP Pro SD model except for the threaded barrel. The Pro-E has the mag well and Dynamic Performance Trigger but not a threaded barrel. Also, the Pro SD models (both Compact and Full Size) use the 18 round mags. The regular PDP models use different mags. The PDP compact uses a 15 round mag and will not take the 18 round mags. Use of the 18 rd mags in the compact models will damage the extractor. The PDP Full size use the 18 rd mags. The lips on the top of the 15 & 18 rd mags are slightly different on each mag.
Just found your channel and subscribed. The video was awesome. Has to be the best review of any type of product. Thanks for all the great info. You saved me a lot of research with your review.
Thanks for the review, I just picked up my PDP Pro full size with the Acro P2. This is replacing my PPQ as my duty pistol. I love the ergos and the flat face trigger and this is my first introduction to pistol mounted red dots and so far I’m loving it.
Best trigger, most intuitive, best red dot platform, grip texture is as good as they claim, grip angle and hook helps, slide serrations are better= OVERHYPED? Sounds perfectly hyped. Love your channel.
I just purchased a blue label 4.5” Pro with the direct milled Acro and performance trigger. I’ve put a lot of rounds through 320s and Glocks and this just blows them away. There will be more PDPs in my future. That 4” steel frame is very interesting…
Really nice, in-depth video. I've had mixed feelings on the PDP's since they came out, but to be fair I have not had a chance to shoot one yet. I wish that Walther would have gone with an aluminum alloy frame rather than steel from a concealed carry perspective.
They have polymer line for that but IMO none of the PDP line is really a ccw centric handgun. They’re fine, like any full size/compact for OWB but like every double stack, it’s not gonna carry comfortably IWB. So if you’re going OWB and you’re concerned with weight, go with a compact 3.5 or 4” polymer. There’s no advantage of aluminum over polymer. The fight difference isnt enough to matter and there’s no other advantage of an aluminum gun. If you’re going with steel, you want the weight and mitigating recoil is the primary goal.
I love my PDP 4” full size. I would definitely add a Zr tactical recoil spring 15lb which helps with the recoil. Pistol is a little on the snappy side with the 19lb stock recoil spring.
Same (almost)! I switch between the PDP 4in Compact and the PDP-F 3.6. Both great but very different resets. The slide travel on the PDP-F is almost 2x longer than the PDP Compact. I love them both.
@@rockym6557 maybe if you get the F series compact and try to use the standard PDP compact but I don’t have a compact F series 4” slide, my F series is 3.6” slide, so I can’t give you a correct answer.
Man.. Thanks for showing.. All these pistols look really good.. I might have missed it .. but do you remember if any of these Walther versions have a simple thumb safety??
The most complete and imo the most accurate. I own the F, the Q4 SF, Q5 SF match and the Q5 polymer and the Q4 is so great I bought a second one. In fact it’s so good I shoot it more than anything except my Wilson EDC x9s. If you want a great gun this is it. It’s one of the most underrated guns out there.
By far the best Walther review I have ever seen. I have been a long time Walther fan, it is the only one that feels natural in my hand. I have three Walthers, a PPQ, a Q5 Match Steel frame, and a 5" PDP. I agree the steel frame is much easier to shoot and manage recoil. I also agree the grip angle is perfect for red dots. Great video...keep them coming and I will continue to watch. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us.
You can even see how much flatter the steel frame match shoots compared to the polymer. Would you say the compact steel frame shoots better than the polymer match 5inch? And would the 5inch on a full size frame shoot better than a 5inch compact frame?
Ehhh… it’s close between the compact steel frame and the 5” polymer match. The steel frames just shoot and feel better overall. There’s no doubt about that.
I just saw that the Walther Professional just came out. A lot of people will not qualify for them as they are only available to LE and military etc. But, I was wondering if you are going to review it, Gary? For the $1000, you really can't beat that Professional with the Acro mounted. Also, I think my department will be contacting you in the near future for help with our firearms program and I cannot wait.
It’s released. The Steel Frames are just hard to find but we allocated some from our suppliers so check our website regularly and recommend you sign up to our newsletter. We’ll have a listing on our website soon. We will be getting some soon but they won’t last long. Thanks for watching! -Gary
I was a long time coming around to the polymer striker fired gun. Not a red dot guy. I like the flex of the polymer frame, what reallrsold mu on the Golck was Chuck Taylor's decades long test of a Glock...lost round count I read was something over 330,000 rounds. great information as he went over each failure and a remedy to mitigate that particular problem, I would highly recommend checking out Chuck Taylor's work with the Glock pistol.
@@ThomWilliamson-i2e don’t get stuck in paradigms. Be willing to evolve. Under every objective measure red dots offer superior performance. Don’t take so long to come around next time. Thanks, Gary
Walther has always been up there near the top. The PPQ was The First Striker Fired Pistol to have a Fully Cocked firing pin. But they got it down right so you dont have to worry about them going off in holster or when dropped. The glock and alot of others have a partially cocked firing pin so when you pull the trigger you finish cocking it. They replaced the PPQ cause it was not OR. The PDP improves on everything, OR, grip, texture, etc., but no more 45acp.
I bought a psp c poly. And I love it. I want the pro sd. The pro x they just released is interesting. Going to get my wife one. She doesn’t like her Glock 26.
@paramounttactical at this point would you recommend the base level PDP over a Glock 19 for your training students? (future student looking to train with you)
@paramounttactical I have the PDP Compact Pro SD 4.6 w/Streamlight TLR-1 HL. What holster do you recommend? What belt did you use for this review. Great review. Thanks
I can’t recommend Dara Holsters enough. They’re better than any of the Safariland holsters I have and just as good as the GCode holsters. We’re dealers for both of those and setting up to be a Dara Holster dealer as well. I’ve just been super impressed with them. The belt and accessories are G Code.
very good analysis Thank you for taking the time and share. I have one with Sf and Perf Trigger and love it …. much fun to shoot . The only other 9mm i would call better performing is my Sig 210 but sure it is a 9mm for pression shooting but on that area you still can not beet it… Rg Bernd
Love my p99, i have the Canik clone tp9da as my primary go to since the p99 is discontinued. I also love my ppq q5 and pdp pro sd fs .walther and canik have the best stock triggers.
Just fyi....there is a final edition P99 that is still in circulation though they are going pretty quick. Look up Walther Arms to look for a certified dealer and see if you can still order it!
Now you need to shoot and review their new PDP Pro-X (4” slide, 5” frame, Parker Mountain Machine comp) that they just released. They’ve also got some other version like the Pro-E (same as the pro SD, but minus the threaded barrel), the PDP Professional (comes with an ACRO cut for direct mounting). I am hoping that Walther releases a steel frame version of the Pro-X. With the comp and the additional weight of the steel frame, that would be a stupidly flat shooting gun
The Holosun eps (and probably the eps carry) will co-witness with the stock sights. It’s like a lower 1/10 or something, like the sights are at the very bottom of the optic, but it works and I actually kinda prefer the sight picture. The sights are usable but not cluttering up the optic window.
Great review! ALL the Walther's, I'm interested in . I'll probably give my VP9SK to my son and grab a 4" steel. I just like the feel of steel (P01 & 85 combat). Do you think a comp would be needed on a steel pistol?
Thanks for the review. 1st time to your channel. I'm now following. I've been checking out Walther PDP for a while now but I haven't pulled the trigger yet. Now the steal frame is out, I'll really wanting the 4 in version. If a smaller one comes out, I think it would conceal better with my body type...chunky... the 4 in seems comparable to the Glock 19 I hope. G19 awesome carry choice for me. What dot would you go with for the PDP??? Thanks for the review. I can't wait to see more. God Bless!
I have an M&P and a Glock 45 MOS. I love the M&P, but as a leftie I hate the slide release. Also, that trigger is awful and my job doesn't let us modify triggers. I used to hate Glocks but that 45 is so nice, especially with the dot. One of my supervisors picked up the PDP after they told him he couldn't use his P320 and after he let me handle it, my next pistol will definitely be a PDP.
What’s up with the plastic guide rod that it comes with I hear everyone talking bad things about ? I think such a company would know what they are doing.
The challenge I have with the PDP. I'm a left-handed shooter and it's hard to find OWB concealment holsters for them. I contacted blade tech because I love their total eclipse light bearing holsters but they have no plans to make holsters for it.
Which models do you recommend for officers carrying on duty? I was thinking the metal one but it sounds like they're for competition though? I'm also looking for an off duty carry
@EggplantOven I’d carry the steel frame for on or off duty/CCW. As a matter of fact, the steel frame would be my preferred. All the other models in the polymer frame would be fine too.
That is on Walther about the frame and slide compatibility. They do need to say a bit better only within a series. I have the 5 inch compact and am thinking of getting the 4 inch model. My biggest gripe is my 5 inch has the 1.0 optic cut that really sucks. No matter what I do my optic comes loose even with blue lock tight. The C and H plate is not great they use without having more engagement with the slide and the gap in the rear.
I’m in a 10 round state, don’t have overly large hands, and want a home/range gun that my small frame wife can shoot as well. Obviously thinking 4” F but curious if I went with standard model 5” is there much difference in recoil control between a compact frame and a fullsize frame? Not planning on shooting more than 25yds most of the time, but would like to try occasionally. I plan on mounting a light and in future trying an optic as well.
@Dan-vh8yh I think either would be fine, just understand that the width/circumference of double stacked guns are the same. Smaller guns for females/kids is not better. They will have more felt recoil on smaller guns and the drive sprung on smaller guns is stiffer to make up for the lack of mass. So literally everything about smaller guns is more difficult. I made this short video to address this issue specifically. Best Handgun For Women - Stop Buying The Wrong Guns For Women! ua-cam.com/video/31R1I3aUOlA/v-deo.html
@ Thanks for the response, I was however asking about the felt difference between the compact grip frame vs full size grip frame of the PDP not a subcompact or smaller gun.
Adding to my own thought, would we be better off with compact grip frame if hand placement allows full use of grip ergos where on the fullsize my pinky doesn’t even reach the bottom of the grip? I have not been able to handle a compact pdpd or pdp f locally, just the fullsize
Love the PDP. It is my EDC. Only issue is absolutely ZERO distribution when it comes to OEM parts. Why are OEM parts hard to find and out of stock? I like to source parts to stock. It took 3 months for walther to stock up on 4 inch barrel which i was looking for sometime last year. I cant find their trigger return spring anywhere. Their slide lock is out of stock and ive been checking for 2 months now. I've heard of aome guy named Earls but only way you find him is word of mouth bevause when you type in the part you're looking for on google, he doesn't show up as a search result. This is the only reason i might go back to my M&P 2.0.
I'm not trying to be critical (I have a 4" Compact) but, have you put 15k rounds through your Walther that you are already looking for replacement parts (slide lock?)? I hear you about the 'stocking' issue. I get e-mails from Walther all the time and when I go to look for some item I might want it is 'out of stock' (normally spare magazines).
So of course, Safariland doesn’t make a duty holster for the 5” match full steel frame.. My question is, can you put the magwell from this one to the 4.5 frame?? Can you get this part separately? Also, can you build one of these into the configuration like a Glock 19X? Shorter slide-full sized grip without the overhang of the dust cover
Late to the video but i noticed online the specs for the 4.5 steel and 5.0 steel are the same but the pictures look vastly different (looking at the trigger mostly), any idea if the 4.5 carrys the same trigger as the 5.0 or if its closer to how the 4.0 is? If so 5.0 is where my moneys going, thanks ahead of time
@@rus19297 I believe I got that from Chris Reeves like 10yrs ago. It has a mounting bracket that holds the Yarbrough knife as well but there are several companies making them now. My buddy just got one that has magnets to hold the Yarbrough so you don’t have to remove the hardware. That’s a better option.
I wish Walther would adopt a standard optic mount, but I guess there are a number of difficulties with that - exclusivity, both for the optic company and consumer, would be tough, plus other things. I really like how Canik just chose the MRD and left it at that. Still, it’s disappointing that they don’t come with the optic plates now. My PPQ Q5 Match came with ALL the standard plates. I think the PPQ looks a bit better as well (Walther caved to the blocky Glock style to REALLY hard sell to law enforcement in my opinion - they love that stuff.)

According to Walther CEO in this video "NEW Top-Tier Duty Pistol: The Walther PDP Pro" the ACRO red dot mounts directly.... So there is difference in slide cutout with the none pro?
He's right. The stock trigger is the best of all brands for striker fired pistols. The trigger is better than Apex. Not the best looking pistol out there but the grip, slide serrations and trigger do what they're supposed to.
@@tadpitre2652 it’s one of the best, yet most underrated striker fired pistols out there. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, CZ has not marketed it well enough to pick up more of the market. So due to that and the subsequent lack of accessories, it will never be as popular as others and likely ultimately fail. You can have the best product in the world but if no one knows about it and you’re not willing to market it, then it mind as well not exist.
My local shop has the pro sd 5.1 (polymer) for $679. Seems like it has a better trigger than the steel frame models (excluding the match model) also with the flared magwell and 5.1” threaded barrel. With that being said do you think the steel frame 4.5 would be worth more than double the price point of the pdp pro sd in this situation? If I wanted to upgrade the steel frame 4.5 to have the same features as the polymer pro sd by putting in the better Walther trigger, magwell, base plates and threaded barrel, it would almost triple the $679 price tag of the pdp pro sd polymer. What’s your thoughts?

@@dougt5357 EP9 is a blast to shoot but there's a roller delayed option coming to the States in 2H 2024 for the same price that also runs Glock mags.
I saw it at IWA, middle-eastern company... Ranger Arms IIRC? Regardless, you can't go wrong with Extar's EP9. Mine's been rock solid with well over 1500rds through it
This was a great video extremely helpful.
Great video. After researching the PDPs for awhile I now fully understand the lineup. I'll be getting the Match Full Size 5". We'll done.
Great Review, I was on the fence on the Walther PDP and the FN 509. Your review is detailed and made me decide that I’m going with the PDP.
The pdp was not out years ago its only been out 3 years. Those were different modles like the ppq or the p99
Thank you!

Welcome to the 2A family.
I've had my pdp for almost a year and idk how this video came up on my feed but this is a damn good review style video I like this content.
Thanks for watching and glad you found us!

My first pistol is a PDP-F 3.5. It's my concealed carry EDC. I did some homework and this was the best bet. I really love it and am so glad I have mine. I also have the Halosun SCS PDP optic.
I'm in a similar boat. Did the research and purchased a PDP 4.5 as my first pistol. Waiting for it to be delivered to the shop.
Salute to the team that built these guns.
you sir, are a top tier reviewer. new subscriber here due to this video. keep em coming. thank you!
Very informative video thank you. I’ve had my PDP 4” for about 18 months and Walther has earned a lifelong loyalty with this firearm.
Just found your channel and subscribed. The video was awesome. Has to be the best review of any type of product. Thanks for all the great info. You saved me a lot of research with your review.

The more the better!
@paramounttactical you're right..I'm a gun junkie and will never stop.
Good review appreciate it. Takes a lot of time to produce this and real informative
Just found your channel. Love your approach and presentation style. Very informative. You got a new subscriber.
I just purchased a blue label 4.5” Pro with the direct milled Acro and performance trigger. I’ve put a lot of rounds through 320s and Glocks and this just blows them away. There will be more PDPs in my future. That 4” steel frame is very interesting…
Heads up move. No one's perfect. You fixed it. Keep going with humility, focus, and a sense of mission. Thank you.
Excellent review. Thank you.
as a subscriber i appreciate you calling yourself out
Really nice, in-depth video.
I recently got a Sprinco guide rod and recoil spring (red) set for my 4" Compact. Haven't gotten to the range yet to try it out.
Wonderful Walther reviews. Excellent.
I've purchased 2 PDP Pro's. Love them both. I would suggest getting an optic plate from a third party, it will come much sooner.
I'm a Walther fanboy so I rock a standard 4" PDP in the winter and carry a PDP F during the spring and summer (3.6") so I of course I love this video
Same (almost)! I switch between the PDP 4in Compact and the PDP-F 3.6. Both great but very different resets. The slide travel on the PDP-F is almost 2x longer than the PDP Compact. I love them both.
Do they both fit in the same holster?
@@rockym6557 maybe if you get the F series compact and try to use the standard PDP compact but I don’t have a compact F series 4” slide, my F series is 3.6” slide, so I can’t give you a correct answer.
@@theblackboxpodcastshow1791 gotcha. Thanks for the response

Excellent review! ❤
I mounted a swamp fox with an rmr that co witnessed perfectly on my pdp full size.
I own the PDP Pro Compact and the Q4 SF..I agree the Q4 is AMAZING….ESPECIALLY when I paid only $899. It ‘s my home defense pistol
wow, this video is exactly what I was looking for! subbed!
Outstanding work! Carry on.
Glad you enjoyed it.
Subbed. Guns are illegal where I’m from but this stuff is interesting as hell, especially with how much info you provide. 👍🏼
This was one great video. I have a PDP compact 4 in and love it. I really want a steel frame. Thanks again for a great video and all the info.
When does the 4" Compact SF release? Have yet to see one in the wild.
It’s released. The Steel Frames are just hard to find but we allocated some from our suppliers so check our website regularly and recommend you sign up to our newsletter. We’ll have a listing on our website soon. We will be getting some soon but they won’t last long.

@@paramounttactical thank you! I also enjoyed the video. I agree the PDP is near or at the top of the striker fired category.
Thank You - fantastic perspective and overall opinion 👏👏
Mainly a CZ guy. Picked up the PDP Pro SD and it's now my nightstand gun. Don't shoot it often but it is an absolute tack driver.
Don’t take so long to come around next time.

great review, thanks for being so thorough in your reviews. Not many gun tubers you can trust these days but I trust your reviews.
(future student looking to train with you)
If you plan to use an optic now or in the future, yes. Without question.
I’ve just been super impressed with them.

very good analysis Thank you for taking the time and share. I have one with Sf and Perf Trigger and love it …. much fun to shoot . The only other 9mm i would call better performing is my Sig 210 but sure it is a 9mm for pression shooting but on that area you still can not beet it… Rg Bernd
Something to note. The F series will not accept Walthers DPT. The triggers are different might be the reset function.
Good to know. Was looking for examples of this online.
The sights are usable but not cluttering up the optic window.
absolutely love my 4 inch compact pdp
God Bless!
For carry/defense, the Holosun EPS.
Thanks for watching!

Thank you
What’s up with the plastic guide rod that it comes with I hear everyone talking bad things about ? I think such a company would know what they are doing.
Amazing review thank you
if you have issues with yhe recoil... ZR Tactical has a 15 pound steel guide rod that is sent from heaven.. Makes a huge difference
The challenge I have with the PDP. I'm a left-handed shooter and it's hard to find OWB concealment holsters for them. I contacted blade tech because I love their total eclipse light bearing holsters but they have no plans to make holsters for it.

@paramounttactical Ok thanks
Steve Garvey called. He wants his forearms back.😄
Which models do you recommend for officers carrying on duty? I was thinking the metal one but it sounds like they're for competition though? I'm also looking for an off duty carry
@EggplantOven I’d carry the steel frame for on or off duty/CCW. As a matter of fact, the steel frame would be my preferred. All the other models in the polymer frame would be fine too.
Walther just came out with the PMM Version.. Hear me out!!! steel framed PMM version.. someone needs to tell them. Great review by the way
This was a cool video concept. Walter’s are great guns. My only concern is how wide the slides are and the optics system could be improved.
Hello would like to know if the hollow sun 507K &407k fits in the optic cut with no adapter plate. Thank you.

Great video. Nice job.
I want an F series with a small comp from the factory and the flat face performance trigger and mag well, like the pro sd.
Great video man. Rumble is, so far, being a great platform. I do agree they are a bit clunky.
This is a great video. What is the Red dot on all these models. Is that your recommendation? Thanks
If so 5.0 is where my moneys going, thanks ahead of time
I need to know where you got your SF crest hanging behind you, please. I need one. Thanks
I’m new to the Walther world. I’m a Canik guy. I want to get into Walther. Which would you recommend as my first Walther for concealment? I’m 5’11”, 183 lbs and long, piano fingers.
What you think about CZ P10
@@tadpitre2652 it’s one of the best, yet most underrated striker fired pistols out there.
Unfortunately, for whatever reason, CZ has not marketed it well enough to pick up more of the market. So due to that and the subsequent lack of accessories, it will never be as popular as others and likely ultimately fail. You can have the best product in the world but if no one knows about it and you’re not willing to market it, then it mind as well not exist.
Perfect review! I've ordered PDP Full Size 4.5 SF...
Great choice.
I’m between the 4.5 sf and the 4 inch sf. Going to use for carry optics and also be my winter carry.
I wish they would have gone with a chasis system and direct milled slides for the rmr and acro.
Are the magazines interchangeable? Can I use the 18 round mag in the PDP Compact?
@@TIM2FR3SH yes
