Intermittent Fasting and Keto Diet is the way forward. About 99.999999% of doctors have no clue about the diabetes. The actual reason behind the Diabetes is the Insulin Resistance and that need to be treated to eliminate the root cause. Frequent meals, high amounts of refined carbohydrates and omega-6 rich edible oils (almost all the oils and vanaspati ghee we are consuming in Pakistan) are omega-6 rich low quality. In our country even the cooking oils are not of the same quality what they have mentioned on the labels (due to corrupt practices).
Summary:
1. Start Intermittent Fasting (please search on the Internet, Dr. Eric Berg, Dr. Jason Fung etc.)
2. Change your diet to low carb high fats and moderate proteins
3. Change your life style. Regular walks, cycling, running, gym etc. The best exercise are HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training types)

Only way to manage diabetes is to take food in 5 to 6 small portions.never take heavy meals. Check diabetes prior to sleeping at night it should be 110 to 120. Check diabetes after 2 hours of breakfast it should be around 160. Keep some candies in pocket if u feel real weakness it means ur sugar levels are low take couple of candies. Don't eat parathas, biryani oily foods cold drinks it will shoot up ur sugar levels. Dont eat more then one roti at a time dont eat more then half plate of rice at a time. Walk one hour daily minimum.try to be happy.
….many meals means many times insulin is needed… therefore less and frequent eating, low carb diet, no juices, drinks,regular exercise and fasting 12-18 hours regularly surely reduces insulin resistance means improved diabetes..
No candies, low carb diet, more vegs and exercise, most important fasting.

Aviod jealousy, hate and comparison with others we are individually different from each others in terms of economic back ground, genetics, communication skills, I. Q, emotional intelligence and status quo. We can narture a lot of things apart some are inherited naturally. We can fulfill our dreams and can earn what others have but every one travels differently the journey of his/her success. So never be victim of sense of guilt, enhance self forgiveness, self love and practise gratitude. We ought to build our relationship spiritually with Allah Almighty because spiritual well being is part of health according to World Health Organization in its recent researches. Besides go for vegetables, fruits instead of excessive use of high cholesterol red meat.

Intermittent fasting involves skipping breakfast and eating at lunchtime. It is recommended to avoid high glycemic index foods such as sugar, bread, biscuits, and cold drinks. Even light exercise such as walking around can help.
