[2023/34] Calgary / Kananaskis - Cochrane to Elbow Falls via Highways 22, 66 (Cowboy Trail)

We travel from Cochrane, part of Calgary's sphere of influence, to Elbow Falls and the Rocky Mountains, travelling through Kananaskis Country. We follow Highway 22 from Cochrane up to Bragg Creek, then take Highway 66 towards Elbow Falls and Little Elbow Recreational Area.
Next week: We return to Calgary via Crowchild Trail and Glenmore Trail.

Did you take a drive via AB highway 40? That road has some great views

I had wanted to film Highway 40 instead of 66, but I only had about a weekend in Calgary this time around. I’ll be visiting and filming there when I am in town next year.
