Pat is wrong when he says Jackson didn’t do this build up play last year. That was actually the issue, he was good in build up play but with poor finishing
😂😂😂 For all the criticisms that have ever come Jackson's way, being poor in the build-up phase was never one of them.
Ah so Chelsea aren’t in crises now? 😂 it’s mad how fast the media jump on agendas this early every season
Haven't you heard; all these pundits knew all along that Chelsea would turn out good.
@@granth1238 so it makes me question why they have been so negative about chelsea all this long. Do they just say this today and then they say that the next day just to get views? because their opinions change all the times
@@FlyingFalcons_au yes. They say whatever for viewership and clicks.
@@FlyingFalcons_au no, they always put a caveat in to every conversation just to cover their backs....."Chelsea are in crisis, they have a bloated squad, mistreated players, wasted money, unbalanced squad, new manager......but if the coach can get them working, they will do well". That way they never have to admit they were wrong.
super pat nevin
Mark my word. Should Chelsea continue the same way they have started this season they will contend for the title next year. Maybe even this year.
Too early, our next 5 or 6 PL fixtures will truly tell us where we are as a club. Liverpool, Brighton, Newcastle, Arsenal and Man United are part of those fixtures. I will only big us up if we can through this run of fixtures and remain within the top 4
Take palmer out and we're struggling. Trust the fact we're not ready for title charge. Maybe next 2yrs give or take
Early doors, good signs, lets see the next 5 games and the next, so on until after Christmas. Then where we are in May.
Pat has a great analysis
This will make Gary Neville sick.
Sky sports would never have a classy smart pundit with a good thing to say about Chelsea like pat nevin on their coverage
Enzo” it’s either you buy, or you don’t play simple”
I always had a good feeling about Maresca. We are in for a good ride guys.
Chelsea are challenging for too 4 this year.
Pat said the opposite 2 months ago LOL…these pundits know nothing about football
Caicedo is paying off but i still think Enzo is failing passes too often to justify even a 40m fee. The defence is lacking a top CB and a Rb who can actually play 5 games in a row. I think the wings are finally sorted with the options we have. I'm still perplexed at why we need to buy Jorgensen in gk however?
Jorgensen is a better future prospect than Sanchez. It's like Keylor Navas and Donnaruma at PSG. Donna started the cup games one season and the next season, he replaced Keylor.
No team likes to see Chelsea chasing them. And it’s dangerous to let us (Chelsea) get to that position too. We can win games. We started terribly and chased down to 3 points off 5th. Who says 4th isn’t realistic with bringing this lot in
why did i click on this.. 5 games in and you're already making predictions. chill. out
Yeah! Sure! If you say so
If this group can win a trophy, league cup, or the European competition they are in Will be massive for them could turn them into winner's and hungry for more.
With all the players they’ve signed Chelsea really should finish in the top 4
Uneducated statement.
What a stupid ignorant comment ,we sold a first team and squad and replaced it, idiot haters like you only see incoming, and conveniently forget outgoing players, and all the chaos and instability of the last 3 years.
"if memory serves you was player of the season first season" bro.. You don't remember that stop glazing. It's clearly a googled facy
Pat the bunnet
Chelsea are coming.
I don't think so..west ham was so poor n pathetic!
Yeah because they will play teams like west ham every week won't they pat
Chelsea get wins against small clubs and suddenly they think they’re back
a win is a win - see where Chelsea end up at the end of the season. As long as they don't play Mudryk.
@@dalek3086 missing the point but fair enough
@@soapboxparishrecordings5287 you hate is unbearable
We haven't been good since our last competent manager in Tuchel at London Stadium. I think that's something to be excited about
If they lose against Arsenal/City you'll still talk sh/t. So what's your point?
Villa will get the 4th spot, better side with a more experienced manager.
Just like Newcastle last season they will struggle due to more games against better opponents.
Better squad he said, clown
Praise them for what? Throwing money at the wall until something stuck!? 😂😂
Sorry but... The grandfather in the middle is speaking Yiddish? 😆😆😆These were no English. I d hear Yiddish accent wtf
You need EAR SURGERY....
The top 4 off last year will be the same top 4 this year
Debatable. Villa have a lot more games, they will struggle
Of not off
That's your opinion.. anything can happen thou
Pat is right. Us old timers are looking for the soul of our club amongst all this ruthless change. Winning on the pitch is the only link to what we once knew. I hate to think the best days of our team is behind me. My hope is that this new generation give our newer fans a sense of what it was like from 2000 (Ken Bates) until 2022. I also hope the club does not experience another mid table era where we never knew if we were in a relegation slide as poor performances piled up, the 80’s and 90’s and back into the 70’s before Hasselblank. Let’s hope this new generation appreciates how our standards became so high. We were not always in the top half.
@TrackanFootball Bates took control after the sad passing of Matthew Harding.
Chelsea were consistently reaching cup finals and winning cups from 1996 to the day RA bought the club.
I've only been a Chelsea supporter since 1996 and, from 1996/97 till RA arriving in 2003, Chelsea never finished lower than 6th.
@@HabitualLine-Stepperbates was there long before Matthew Harding invested and became a club legend. RIP
@Mchelsea2924 Correct... I should have written "re-took full control"...
The new bots are soo AMAZING 😆
So funny my perm straightened was my favourite bot
@@BaldDaddyCoolwhat is the point of them?
Like usually there is some agenda with a bot (financial, political etc), what is the point of all these “this is the best thing since sliced bread” bots?
🤣😂😂😂😂
@@goldboy150 To create fake interaction and to effect the UA-cam algorithms but to what end I don't know
Pat nevin got fired by ClownLake yet still is a legend & proper chels! 😂
Every week we hear the best players in the world give press conferences discussing how there's too many games, how their bodies are breaking down, how it's hard for them to keep up mentally, yet pundits still complain about Chelsea's squad size and rotating players, which has been wildly overblown.
Enzo Maresca is actually doing a great job 👏🏽
He got rid of dead weights and he is using the players that actually deserve to play.
A manager that gets the best out of the players he has is what Chelsea needed and he is doing that.
Who asked you? Clueless kid
@@HappyBob701I tell you what’s clueless. A deranged clown who thinks that Manchester United will win the league next year 😂 with a team that’s about as rotten as the stadium they are outclassed in every other week. I’ll leave it there bob the K-nob. Reply when you have a positive goal difference for the first time this year
Super pat was a great player .
We love you Pat 💙
Why has George Paul tommas kenith and Willam
All got the same profile pic
We need a firm starting eleven especially at defence. Upfront we are ok with Palmer, Nkuku and Niko. Midfield we are ok with Caicedo, Enzo, Lavia, Jason & Felix. Backline with Colwil, Cucu & I can't wait for Malo to get back
Nevin, Speedie,Dixon, halcyon days at the Bridge before big business nibbled at the beautiful game
As a Chelsea fan I think some fans/pundits are getting way ahead of themselves. We were extremely lucky against Bournemouth and West Ham were absolutely terrible. Even in that Wolves game, they could have easily scored a few more goals themselves. Next few games will be interesting as it's a more tricky run in.
See what you’re saying… defensively we are poor but lucky 3 games in a row? Or keeper finally performing and keeping us in games
You're not a Chelsea fan. You're a pessimist.
@@anuraag_ojah So after 5 games you've come to the conclusion that we're getting top 4?
@@plo7673 No. We were lucky in the Bournemouth game. Game against Wolves was like a basketball match but we did have more chances than them. And yesterday's game I can't make out if we played really well or if West Ham are just terrible.
But when we were outplaying team and losing last season it was ok?
Can see the pain in the talksport faces when they can’t speak negatively of Chelsea
Same thoughts on the Jeans, double take - what was he thinking! Just glad his team couldn't beat my Blues
mugs
Even spurs, and utd will finish above chelski.. probably Newcastle too. Pat in a parallel universe, Dreamworld
Almost certainly not and I'm a lifelong fan of one of those three other clubs.
Football ain’t for you 🤣🤡
Spurs will stay in shitty Tottenham ghetto club
