As a chelsea fan, few perspectives.-
I agree, no PL title, but top 4, actually more possible than some in there would like to admit. That's fine. I am not on for arrogance but i remember the last time Chels, we had a manager who said 'no no, we aren't challenging for a title,', and we picked one up anyway. that was Antonio Conte. Stranger things have happened. I don't think we will, but i can live with that.
About the wage structure, we need to make sure there's no division between the players based on wages, because that's how teams implode.
As a university lecturer, I believe in attitude over aptitude, more than flash, and i see that even in football. Frank Lampard was a good example of that. I therefore did not rate players like Raheem Sterling, and i am worried i see that in players like Noni Madueke.

Statistically Sanchez is the best forming GK so far this season and Jackson is the 2nd top goal contribution provider. Time will tell but to say they are a GK and a ST away is just categorically false at this present state.
Osimhen hasn't scored in Turkey, and has so far missed 6 big chances in the box and Diego Costa is still in Portugal for a reason, nobody wants to pay any decent money for him because they don't rate him. What are we even talking about?
