My father is buried in Roanoke. He moved around as a young man. Winding up in Los Angeles California back in the day. He desired to be buried in the cemetery of the star. In a family plot where his father is buried. A Terrell, his mother was half Cherokee and her people moved her body from that cemetery. She passed when he was the youngest of her children. Yet he purchased a place for her next to him. I pray to visit his burial place in the near future.

He was a young man he arrived in Hollywood. He's final resident was in ventura County. Where his remains where shipped from by his beloved daughter Susan.

Why are there so many stupid people in Roanoke?
    Don't they have public schools?
I lived there once, but I have rational thoughts, so I was not allowed to stay.

Not everyone is stupid here. A lot of people come here from the mountain towns in SW VA and bring their small town ideas and prejudices with them. This does tend to leave a bad impression on people coming through the area. You either learn to ignore it or move on like you did.
