    I love these Quick HIITS! Especially the mini band ones. I did this with the 10 min upper body Quick HIIT I saved that you released a few months ago.

    Hi Amy, this is a great workout. I notice I use other muscles, which means adding more protein into each meal. Because it is a remedy for muscle soreness.😉💪
