BoneMenu won't appear for me. I just barely started the game. Do I need to get to a certain point in the game to access the BoneMenu?

Just straight up doesnt load.
the last step is you need a copy of boneworks vr game and you select the exe as a folder which youre pointed to without much more important information like here, and this is a prerelease trial demo of the docks and a museum.
