I have the exact same 8000lb winch on my Jeep. Been on there for years and super reliable. And I, too, need to switch to synthetic rope 😂. Looking good Dale, really loving the green color that you chose.

Thanks! Yeah, it's been a great winch for years. I keep using this old damaged cable and I know I shouldn't. Haha!! I certainly don't use it for very much weight at all. Just to give me a nudge and I'm cautions of it being able to break at anytime.

It’s been on there for years. Took it off for paint. It’s never affected the temp. There’s enough space still.
