Probably biggest thing that was missing from this game was proper car customization since they had big chance to introduce it bcs West Coast customs was in the game. None the less, this game is amazing.
Not customization, decent console and PC ports, decent vehicle sound effect (mostly reuses the same sound), decent voice act and decent release date was the biggest mistakes that makes the game failed.
I remember popping up the game's preview website, which had the full soundtrack that was going to be available, and just listen to the tunes whilst doing homework or something
I played this game when I was a kid and now I am 20, This game was okay for me.

It's stats are pretty incredible, especially relatively early on.

Tbh, even though this is technically the black sheep of the Rush games, I still kinda enjoyed it as it's own thing.

This game should've had Audi, Bentley, BMW, Chrysler, Ford, Honda/Acura, Lexus, Lincoln, Mazda, Mercedes, Porsche and VW in it.
you couldn't use porsche's license at that time because EA selfishly bought porsche's rights subscription just for any games that aren't gives ea games to use their cars since EA had released need for speed porsche unleashed 2000 and remembering her not even used your porsche cars in need for speed underground 1 and 2 more later used in most wanted
the only thing that racing games at that time had to try Porsche cars were to license porsche tuners like RUF AND GEMBALLA as was the case with ruf in gran turismo 3 and gemballa in midnight club 3

Acura during the 2000s doesn't licensed the cars for racing games with cop chases.

Not worth it, I'd rather order a pizza than buy this game
I found one that has the soundtrack and none of the discs are scratched at all! The booklet is new and the case is perfect. I think the previous owners opened it and then didn’t play it. I got it for $5 🎉 I also got a perfect condition Panzer Dragoon Orta for $6🙊 that game is extremely rare and worth big bucks and I have a basically new complete version.
I wanna know the full PCSX2 settings for this game, since I have some hacks enabled
