Dear Syifa, i cannot believe its been 2 years! Omg, time flies so fast! Been following your channel for so many years now. I hope you have a great time back in the UK. Always happy and stay healthy ❤
Thank you so much, Sonya! Indeed it has been 2 years which is insane really haha. Thank you so much for following my journey all along. Sending you much love~
Hey Adriana I love Edinburgh! I've only been a handful of times and for short visits but it's blown me away. There's so much to see and take in. It's a very different city to anywhere else in the UK. There's something for everyone. What I like is how you managed to capture the intricate detail of the buildings, I like your style of filming as always. When I was there I enjoyed travelling by bus and tram and ended up in the Port of Leith which is a beautiful place to have some food and just look over Leith. What I find if it gets too busy, heading out to all the little towns outside of Edinburgh really helps getting to know lesser known less crowded places.
That's so great to hear. Thanks so much for sharing! Yes there are so many gorgeous smaller towns and village if the city gets too busy. Thank you for your lovely comment!
Hy Syifa!!! ❤I would like to visit Edinburgh…it is a fascinating town!!!! I am sorry for you about bad weather to Stow BUT the rain make the Scottish landscape unique!☔️Thanks🌺
Thank you so much! You are so sweet. Thanks for watching. I think you'll enjoy Edinburgh! You are so spot on! The rain is the reason why the landscape is sooo unique.
Hi Syifa! i really enjoyed your videos, and especialy this one gonna be on my playlist forever! I loved these train scenes with rain outside 😊 it calms my anxiety! Thank you 😊
I always enjoy your beautiful vlogs Syifa. Edinburg, is one of my bucket list..what a unique places with unique architecture. The Uk and Scottish countryside's charming beauty just trills me Well done🥰😍
Well done for persevering despite the weather. It used to be a running joke in Britain that whenever you asked people what sort of weather they had had on holiday, they would always say "It never kept us in". We all knew that was code for "it chucked it down all week"!
Hi Syifa, thank you again for your excellent video on Edinburgh. Looks like all the buildings are more than 100 years old in Edinburgh. The village-Stow is really beautiful, but bad luck for you & us - as rain stopped you to explore more about Stow. By the way- you were looking like a cute doll while you were soaking wet in the rain 🥰🥰
Absolutely no jokes on you! On the other hand, that is quite typical 'unpredictable' weather in Scotland. Yes, Scotland, especially Edinburgh and St. Andrews Town for me are the most memorable while Glasgow is relatively modern. They are unique places with unique architecture. Bagpiping in the background of the old city brought me back to my last visit as a tourist there, in 2018. Yes, Scottish remote villages have a romantic aspect. I adore those stone buildings. They have a special place in my heart. And not least, the people of Scotland are welcoming, although the Londoners would have a totally different opinion on their account. I would never get tired of Scotland, unlike London. Thank you for taking me back to this marvellous spot on Earth. I'm also a listener of Celtic music. I have them on my phone.
Ah that's so glad to hear, Elisabetta! I know how you feel about being emotionally connected to Scotland. So glad to hear that you enjoyed the video :) Thank you so much for your lovely comment!
that's beautiful travel itinerary , the beauty of the building , houses and lush green scenery , not mentioned the uncompromising weather, plus the speed of their trains make travel easy and pretty. wow! i love to travel to Edinburgh. something good things that lingers on my mind. i don't know Adriana, Syifa feels that place also.coz she travel on the second time. but i don't blame you coz .Edinburgh is a beautiful place.👏👏👏.
Edinburgh wonderful city and source of inspiration upon my visit there soon though I may reside in Lockerbie with my grandpa's ex employer, blessings and safe travel pal!❤😂
Lovely, the Borders are greatly underappreciated, although I think I'd have gone to th end of the line - Tweedbank and walked to Melrose (it's not far), one of the border's prettiest towns with a superb abbey and hills overlooking the town.Just watched another of your Edit: just seen another video and you've been to Melrose.
Hi Syifa, thanks for sharing this video. Next week we are heading to UK and we also have a plan visit scotland as wel. Thanks to remind me to bring the rain coat or umberlla. Salam dari Belgium. Cheers
Maybe you and your husband could go back by there to pick apples 🍎 and sample cider in the late summer or early autumn. We have a nice organic apple orchard near us that has many varieties of delicious apples and cider. And we love to go and enjoy the clean fruit.
A £5 day ticket on the buses is good value, however, if you can pay with a contactless debit card you can travel as much as you like in a day and it will cap the charge at £4.80
Yes, I have lost much of my Southern accent. People sometimes try to guess which state I am from. When were you in the apple orchard? I love picking apples.🍎
I used to have a much more American and Australian twang in my accent, until I met my husband 5 years ago! Accent is such a funny thing isn't it. I visited the apple orchard during Spring season which was around April-May. I got lucky with the weather when filming the video as it was a sunny and clear.
@@garymacdonald7165 haha thanks Gary! I did check it however I only had that day to finish filming this episode before driving down South back to South of Manchester, where I live. Thanks Rob! Yes, the UK is actually really green. We have got so much rain and so many lush countryside :)
For me, Scotland is the Heartland of the UK.
How can Scotland be the heartland of the UK there are more people living in London than the entire population of Scotland.
