- An older version of the famous Feuerfest sketch, with subtitles! I'm sure we're all familiar with the later Schönbrunn version by Roland and Noël, but Marc added a hilarious extra twist - literally! - to his role as the blacksmith's challenger. I'd almost say, "Just for fun, try not to laugh," but that would be cruel... With thanks to Ineke from the André Rieu Movies website.

@@konarciq i have seen many a funny rendition of the -Feuerfest sketch- from many other shows and orchestras. same as the -Konfetti - march. if you haven't seen that, go laso and look for it. it is fun as well. JSO apparently never have done - Konfetti-. Should be fun though as well.

Yeah, looks like they added some new ones with Noel taking over, and ditched some others. I do think it's a shame though they quit the falling off the stage - that has me in stitches every time I see it! LOL But maybe today's stage is too high - too dangerous?

the only version where i have seen the big - gong - used in the end. npw it is 2020 and still great to watch. - others - have also done it. but no one is as good as AR and his JSO!
To dopiero muzycy-artyści uwielbiam tą muzykę. Utwór świetny jak to "polki".Można czekać, aż iskry będą szły. Mam nadzieję, że ze smyczka w połączeniu i przygrywaniu skrzypiec nie będą szły iskry i nie doznają żadnego uszczerbku. Chociaż artyści stoją od siebie w pewnej odległości. I suspect the recording was originally made on a VHS tape, that later got converted to a computer file. That might explain it.
