Ahahah don't worry c:! I hope to explain well because I don't know well english: after I did the grayscale base, in another layer I set on multiply/color/overlay and start to paint with base color as skin tone or, directly the color of light and shadow source. For example, in this draw I've added the yellow on his skin for the light and blue for the shadow, and then his natural skin tone. After in another layer ( set on normal ), I've started to draw more details with the colors that I had.
