- In this video I am cutting and welding up the cab of our 1980s Ford F150 pickup truck.
This truck was built when trucks were still trucks.
I really like the ways you're doing this description thanks
I'm really enjoying voice over because I have done the same work on my 1979 Chev truck. It's nice that you are explaining what you are doing as my son is now redoing my 1969 mustang fastback that I passed on to him so he is really enjoying voice over. He said to me he sounds just like you dad. Keep up the good work God bless the two of you.
Thanks for the Ford update. I've been hanging out for the next instalment. Keep em coming!
I enjoyed the voice over

Yup, voice-over was very cool, like talking on a phone (landline) 👍🏻😎
I customized a school Bus into a moose hunting motor home, and just like you I didn't want to spend a lot of money in paint so I ended up using farm equipment paint from TSC it worked great and lasted for years, I sold the bus 6 years ago and the pait still looked good. I don't know if they still carry that paint. Something to look into keep up with the Videos I love them makes me feel Yung again watching you work.
i like this voice over Cecil you are doing a good job voice over love it
Hello My friend. Thank you very much. I'm also glad you like the voice over..I may keep making some this way. Thanks again. You have a great day. Cheers!

Hello My friend, thank you very much. I'm glad you enjoy this voice over style video..I may be doing more as the grinder and generator running in the background is quite noisy. Thanks again. You have a great day. Cheers!
Hi Buddy, this is only a suggestion, get yourself an old magnetic CB mag mount and attach it to the earth cable. It’s very handy as you can earth up anywhere you choose with the magnet 😜👍🇮🇪
I just love how you work just how ido things just righowdo dosnt matter
Cecil you did well for the voiceover. Didn’t mind it at all. This video is a good example in autobody. I enjoyed it.
Hi Heather & Cecil. Your Ford truck is coming along nice. I am pretty sure that it will look great once finished. Take care. :-))
I Agree new trucks pricing is nutz!
I'm a Rustoleum fan and I get good, durable results from it. If I have a demanding application, I'll pick up some Majic Paint Hardener at Tractor Supply and add it to the RO. The resulting finish is glossy and it really toughens up the paint.
I really thing you have accidentally hit on something here, I just love the narration, it is so enjoyable.
Hello James, thank you..if you like the videos this way I can try to keep doing voice overs if you like? Thank you again. You have a great day. Cheers!
I live near the ocean in a high salt environment. Most of the guys here spray the underneath of their vehicles with chain saw bar oil. They heat it in a crockpot to thin it down for spraying.
The voice over great much better than the silent movie mode
Hello, well thank you very much...I'm glad you enjoyed this voice over better than just music. I will be doing lots more like this. Thanks again. You have a great day. Cheers!
Thanks Cecil - I don’t mind the voice over at all but I know it means more work for you - truck is coming along nice - cheers
Hello Ed. You are very welcome..thank you..the voice overs takes more time for sure, but I don't mind doing videos this way if they are more enjoyable. Thanks again. You have a great day. Cheers!
you did the sand blaster last time!
Voice over fine.
Okay, bulleted opinion time.😊
* voice-over is kewl! Not permanent, right?
* comment regarding "just a sawmill." That's a sawmill YOU built, correct? That makes it one-of-a-kind and awesome! 🎉
* Is there a necessity to treat the undercarriage of this new and awesome truck with a protective coating against whatever snow melts used on the roads?
* You two make an excellent team!
Stay excellent!
Cecil You knew there was more snow coming that why you put the big project in the shop ! A little at a time man it's coming along good,

Hi Cecil
Hey Cecil have you ever heard of POR 15 Products.? Here in the lower 48 states we have it. I've never tried it but from video's on UA-cam it looks like a good product. Another product is called Eastwood. Both have a cleaning solution and prep spray kinda like a primer. POR stands for
(paint over rust). I'm kinda leaning towards the POR 15 when I redo my old beater truck. BTW the voice over is okay by me. Loving this project.
Voice overs better then actually having the mic on lol
Hello Kev. Thank you...I may be doing more like this in the future. Thanks again. You have a great day. Cheers!
Rustoleum is definitely not a bad choice check out some of the UA-cam videos on painting your vehicle with Rustoleum, it is also a rust inhibitor paint .
Hello, thank you...yeah there are some nice paint jobs done with Rustoleum, I've been watching some videos ;-) Thanks again. You have a great day. Cheers!
You’re welcome !! Just for verification I painted my 4x8 utility trailer about 4 years ago with black Rustoleum and there’s not rust spot or chip on it anywhere after 4 years and it sits outside all the time and I live in southern Georgia USA very rainy and humid area.
Cecil a lot of these new truck bodies are aluminum with steel frame.
I spray mine under with pray under coart
Hello, thank you..you have a great day. Cheers!
👍👍👍
Hello James. Thank you. You have a great day. Cheers!
Since 2015 the Fords have aluminum bodies which don’t rust.
I hear you on the prices of new trucks
Hello. Yeah they are not something we will be buying anytime soon. You have a great day. Cheers!

Hello Lou, thank you very much..I'm glad you are enjoying our videos. Yes I am sure we have pretty good Smelt fishing up here still. We also have great Pickerel, Perch, Trout and Northern Pike fishing spots within four miles of our house. Thanks again. You have a great day. Cheers!
Hello Lou, thank you. I am glad you are enjoying our videos. Yes I believe we still have great Smelt fishing up here. We also have good Pickerel, Perch, Trout and Northern Pike fishing within four miles of our home. Thanks again. You have a great day. Cheers!

👍👍🇩🇰🇩🇰☕️☕️😁
Hello Hardy, thank you. You have a great day. Cheers!
Prefer the voice-over!!! No loud background noise and having to turn the volume down & up when you're using noisy power tools!!!
Great choices of your background music!!!
Go on gas and climb like a goat.Don't let it sit and idle They are known to jump and reverse and forward by yourself. I worked at an RV center. They had 2 of them.Put it in the park and that truck left and start a driving on It's They have two of them and They both did it.
Be aware of it
Why did you not use a skill saw with a cutting disk to cut the sheet metal
I enjoyed the voice over
