Hey mate, This is the best travel rod I have ever used. I have had telescopic rods in the past but found this to be up there in quality with my usual gear I use.
Judging by what I already have I'd say the murasame Kayak uls 😁. However, it is very personal preference. I always suggest you.go into the shop and have a play with the stuff your interested in (take the reel you intend to use with the rod also) it will give you more confidence knowing you have made a bit more of an informed decision.
the two most bang for buck travels rods for me are bone voyage series and ironman the throne and the newer ironman light walker Bone voyage series are very strong rods definitely recommend it to anyone looking for one, they have different variations for any kind of fishing. Ironman may be a bit harder to get for people outside of south east asia, but they tend to be an all rounder, the range on the lure weight is quite big and they do tend to have more flex but still very strong rods, some of the series offer a additional blank to change rod lengths
Great info mate really appreciate you sharing that. I'm still using and loving my Bone voyage( ft in this video). I hadn't even heard of the ironman brand until now haha.
@@fishermansoffice they are a malaysian brand which gain quite a bit of traction in Singapore recently, solid rods and some of the models are priced slightly lower. Maybe next time if you are in singapore or malaysia you could keep an eye out for them. I personally have the same model you have, have been abusing it with giant snake heads , shore casting for hybrid groupers and they held up well gives me quite a lot of confidence when i sometimes have to flip those massive fishes
Hahaha that's awesome I will.definitely have to do that when I can get back to SG. As spoiled as we are here in Aus I'd love another crack at snakehead and other local species there 👌
Another great review bro, ripper looking bit of gear for a travel rod 👌 Missed your bloody live again, noticed someone tried hacking over $600 out of my account. Cant even leave a super like as my cards blocked now because if it haha Hope you and Jonna are both well anyway bro 👊
Thanks mate, Not an expectation for superthanks as much as we do appreciate it. We are well mate - if you want to watch the live replay it's all up on the channel still. Happy healthy all the above mate thanks alot
pretty cool rod. I have a telescopic rod that I use when I travel but this seems to be of higher quality

Gday Lee.
I'm looking to buy a new trout rod for streams. I'm torn between a presso or a murasame kayak. Which should I go for?
Judging by what I already have I'd say the murasame Kayak uls 😁.

Hello sir, from what country bone fishing rods made? Thanks
Hi mate I'm not 100% sure, However my 1st assumption would be that are mamifactured in China, Bone are a Singapore owned company tho.
@@fishermansoffice no question about the quality of the rod?
All people I have spoken too who have either owned or used them have had nothing to mention regarding quality issues.
@@fishermansoffice Im planning to get the bone heartcore model 862ML hope its worth the money
I just bought another baitcaster.
A Drago 67MH - love it.
I hope you have a similar experience with the heartcore 👊
