- If you get to Eastern Idaho, then you'll want to check out the Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel! We had the opportunity to stay as hosted guests, and we are excited to share this property with you!
Such a unique property in Fort Hall, Idaho (right outside of Pocatello, Idaho) and close to Idaho State University. Owned by the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes - who operate a total of three gaming properties including the Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel, Sage Hill Casino and Travel Center and Bannock Peak Casino and Truck Stop. You'll also find some very educational Shoshone-Bannock Tribal history and unique merchandise in their wonderful gift shop. This is also home to the Fort Hall Pow Wow.
As mentioned in the video, we had visited this property a few years back and while it was nice then, i has really had a wonderful makeover and we were very impressed.
This property is Eastern Idaho’s only gaming facility with over 800 of the most popular video gaming machines. They also have some great food / restaurant options including the Camas Sports Grill, Deka Gahni Deli, Stampede Lounge, a full service salon and spa, Cedar Spa. Also popular is their High Stakes Bingo gaming and their Event Center. The property includes 156 rooms and over 15,000 square feet of event space, a pool, a game room and a fitness center.
If you enjoy gambling, you'll also love the player loyalty players club, so make sure to sign up for that if you'll be doing any playing - the rewards add up! They also have some pretty awesome promotions and giveaways!
If you are looking for hotels by Pocatello or hotels by Idaho State University, this might be a great option!

If you ever been inside the kitchen area of the camas sports bar and grill, its really big and impressive on its own.

The casino is really nice, some of the newest games out there and very up to date. No table games, but so many slots and video poker, machine roulette, etc. The buffet is nice and affordable, we especially like the breakfast buffet.

We stopped staying here about 8 years ago due to it feeling run down, but after seeing your video we are excited to try it again this summer with our traveling league. Do you happen to know if they still have any Covid restrictions? And do you know if the casino is non-smoking?
Hi Maggie, I'm so glad to hear this - we had a very similar experience - I definitely think you would love the property now! I don't believe there are any Covid restrictions and I'm not sure on the smoking but I will tell you the casino air was very clean and fresh so I'm assuming so but will report back!
Hi Maggie, I heard back from the casino and they confirmed that they do not have any Covid restrictions and that the casino is non-smoking. However, smoking is allowed inside the Stampede Lounge. I sure hope that helps and please let me know if you have any other questions, happy to help!
Do they offer LONG Stays! I think I want to move in - looks like an awesome place to stay.

Poker Machines??
I do believe they have poker machines (the kind that also have keno options and then they have computerized roulette and blackjack as well (no live table games) but a huge selection of machines and some pretty good player perks. ($25 in free play for new players, etc) Let me know if you end up going!
