Great video! You never disappoint! Cryotherapy chambers, alter G treadmills , hyperbaric tents are tools I remember Galen Rupp using with Alberto Salazar. I love my Normatech machine, but as mere mortals the best most of us can do is sitting in a tub full of ice cubes and drinking 9.5 PH water etc. I was wondering why my OOFO recovery sneakers were making such a huge difference....Grounding!

Another reason for getting injury free is genetics. How healthy the cells are overtime would be contributory. Also gym workout and strides as being done by Kennenisa Bekele helps to prevent injuries

Not surprising my take is the 💊 💉; he takes, helps him to recover from hard runs much faster and helps ward off the injuries. 😐😑

He's been in the game too long to not get caught so chances are he's clean at this point.

Some people are genetically more resilient than others. You have to stay within your genetic limits. Simple as that. Most people do not have the genetic capacity to become a world class athlete, no matter wether they do everything right.

It's less about genetic limits and more about lifestyle limits. Most people are genetically capable of building up to a great training programme, but not whilst doing a 9 to 5 job, and having to take care of other responsibilities, and not being able to eat or sleep well. These things make it harder to recover after training and give us less time to do it. The reality of it is that if many of us were paid simply to train and recover, we could train significantly harder.
