Ridiculous Things I See at Houses as a Realtor | Home Inspection Discoveries | Orlando, FL

Let me start by saying EVERYTHING is fixable. Nothing shown in this video is truly a significant problem, and it's all in good fun. Frankly, this content is endless and available in just about every home in some way or another, so if something about your home falls into my videos- don't take it personally!
That said, every home inspection is going to find oddities that need fixing as well. Sometimes the sellers don't even know that repairs or work performed was done incorrectly. It's important to also note that home inspections are not "pass or fail". It's simply a report of the known defects. And trust me, even new construction homes have a laundry list of defects.

While looking for my first house, my realtor and I had two incidents that were a little crazy. First one as we were touring the house we came upon a naked man asleep in the master bedroom. We exited immediately 😂. The second occurred in another house while we were checking out a bonus room in the attic. When we turned on the lights, we were met with blood red carpet up the walls and shackles bolted to the walls and an altar. Not a word was said as we literally ran out of that house 😬

Ha! I’ve encountered a drunk woman in the master bedroom bed but she was clothed thank god. We left immediately too lol glad you made it out of both!

@@TheDIYrealtor My realtor and I were both freaked out on the attic thing, but you really have to wonder who would sell a house with an occult temple/torture chamber left in the attic??? It’s got to drastically reduce the pool of potential buyers 🤔🤔🤔
