I made this tonight and it was definitely delicious. I was a little worried because I didn’t seem to have as much of the tomato puréed mix after I’d sieved it as you had, but once I’d melted the butter in and the coconut milk it was fine. Thank you for sharing. If anyone’s reading this and wants to try making this, what are you waiting for?!
