- See the contents of the October 2023 Sew Sampler Box and Sherri's Jelly Roll Sampler quilt pattern made in Bountiful Blooms fabric. This quilt was pieced together by Sherri's friend Nancy. Sherri also shares a fun pillow project she made using the Lighthearted fabric collection to accompany the Moda Stitch Pink sew-along this year. The Lighthearted fabric collection, by Camille Roskelly, is featured in this month's box. Sherri will have the free pattern available for the pillow in the next couple of weeks.

Sherri, I love the pillow that you designed and I agree that the green check fabric will be the perfect binding for the quilt that your friend made. That sew sampler box sure looks like fun!
Loved my charm packs and hubby loved the pattern by Lisa Alexander. Win, win. And have used the gadget for measuring seam widths a few times already on projects other than needing 1/4 inch seams. Very useful. Oh and using a different foot on the machine.

It's gorgeous in the Bountiful Blooms collection too. I'm still super excited as have reserved fat quarter bundle of Strawberry Lemonade from FQS. I wanted a larger quilt thus the fat quarters.

The seam gauge is also useful when sewing on a binding and needing to stop at the corner 1/4" before the end.
