The way I think about it… sexual desire if you think about it or not for most humans is our base desire… we are born to desire s3x and that desire makes us do things in our life to get more of it or get a hotter girl or whatever.. if you learn to control that energy or direct it towards something else.. it will manifest so much more .. so let’s say you do semen retention for 90 days and all that energy is just pent up… you wanna release it in ecstasy, but instead that immense horniness that you feel… you can channel it into whatever you’re trying to manifest.. and if you work out and eat right and sleep well and meditate to train your mind to focus in the moment..… your energy levels are going to so much more than your average person… if a guy literally goes celibate and just focuses on his goals.. he will achieve SO much…

I would get God Man Word Made Flesh first..
