First off love your videos man. Now, I imagine most people already do this in the gym since it's quite a well-known exercise, but it amplifies the benefits of semen retention while also making it much less tempting to masturbate. Going down each time feels literally strengthening for your balls somehow. It's something that's helped me a lot this year.
