Not to mention more crime more congestion overcrowded trail heads. It's just wonderful. Really exciting stuff. Chain restaurants and car washes as far as you can see. Hopefully they dig out the mesas soon
You get millions of people (Phoenix, Las Vegas, St. George, etc) where there is no water, and then take away their gasoline and this is what comes to mind. ua-cam.com/video/QM7_vSmBTuk/v-deo.html These animals come when the water does, and then it dries up, and so do they.
Awesome, ruining pristine moto, mtb, and hiking for more houses. If they build on that land between the new highway and the turtle preserve they need to open the preserve to recreational use as a lot of us long term residents bought on the outskirts specifically for that.
All of this is definitely being taken into account. With that development they're not taking away access to any of the trails and there will be connections to the trails throughout the community. They've got all that in mind.
I think that area doesn't need an auto mall and all the redeculious development. It just causes m I re traffic problems and the are already has too much traffic. The city planners need to be fired and so do a lot of our city officials who continue to want more development in the area. We need to be concerned with how this will affect our resources like water and electricity.
@@charliepiazza7533 You're joking right? Show me one job brought in that is high paying. Macrae does these videos for his work. Without growth his business does not survive. Vote against the growth unless you want this place to be called St California. It's already heading that way now.
Yk it’s kinda funny that we’re building all this stuff and we’re in a water crisis at the moment I don’t think and auto mall will help, also why do we keep pushing towards the desert did you forget the there are animals like the tortoises that are endangered? I really think they should re think all the houses and useless stuff there building.

Thank you for spending so much time with these updates as always Macrae.
Love doin it!
Thanks for sharing and looking forward to the next episode.
Thank you!
Let's talk about how stupid it is to build up a large population center in an area with no water...
Was just about to mention said obvious problem 🤣🤣🤣🤣😃

Have an interview with the water district that i'll be posting in the next few weeks. Lots of people working diligently on this every day.

great more suburb sprawl ug
This area has actually gone vertical to avoid more suburb sprawl. Whats your solution?
Would you prefer 5-10 story buildings? What other solution is there?
