- In this food travel vlog, Trang and I eat some bò kho (Vietnamese beef stew) at a street food restaurant in Binh Thanh, Saigon, Vietnam. Bo kho is a delicious beef stew that tastes just like a homemade American beef stew.

I’m in California but my family lives in bình Thạnh Q24 I believe. I was told bình Thạnh district has a lot of great places to eat.
yeah Binh Thanh has a ton of great food...Trang and I have noticed lately that there are a lot of food places from the south central coast in this area (Binh Thuan, Ninh Thuan, Nha Trang, etc)

Crazy traffic, but the food looked delicious. It reminded me of a beef stew as well. The banh mi would be a good choice to soak up the broth. When it comes to the traffic, it really isn't different than any restaurant in the USA, except that there is a space of separation, such as sidewalks. So the traffic is closer to you where you ate. That wouldn't be a deal breaker for us. Good food is worth it. Once you get used to the ambiance it doesn't affect you in any way.

yeah I have been in Binh Thanh for this month. Food prices are generally consistent no matter where you are in the city. street food will always be cheaper than a fancy restaurant setting...I would say Binh Thanh is probably the best district for daily street food. You're in a good spot between D1 and D2 with a good mix of local and international options for food and entertainment
