Tommy is Swedish from up Northof Sweden, plays at least 8 instruments (Swedish music school is free for everyone), he recently left his spot in internationally acclaimed Sabaton that tours very successfully in the US, until recently he lived in an appartment in suburb of Stockholm and recorded everything in a room in that appartment. He's in his early 30's so he's going back up North now for the next chapter in his life - family :)❤️🇸🇪
Tommy drops a new cover every friday. He has done sooo many great covers. Im still standing, Bohemian Rhapsody, Alone, She's gone, Take me home, country road, Viva Forever, Ave Maria, Future World and more. Or with his band, Majestica. Above the sky or the Christmas carol suite (yes, Charles Dickens Christmas carol).
Tommy is a beast! He sings (amazingly), plays MANY instruments but his guitar is his thing, writes, sings covers (drops one every Friday), was in the band Sabaton (they sing historical stories in a hard rock base), has his own band Majestica and one other that I can't remember it's name, and just embarked on a solo career. His HIGHS will take your breath away. I can't wait for you to react to more of his stuff. Your mouth will be hanging open every time. Excellent reaction! Thanks.
Tommy's first live performance ever was at the age of 14-15 at school.Song was 'ANTHEM" written also by Abba's Benny/Bjorn.He still feels kinda emotional from this first time experience.
Check out Tommy and Erik's (Grönvall) cover of Carolus Rex. Originally a Sabaton song, a Swedish power metal band in which Tommy was the lead guitarist for seven years, but he left them earlier this year.
I knew you would like him! lol! His range is incredible. He has so much character too. Tommy won The National Karaoke Championship of Sweden in 2009 and was part of Sabaton for about seven years. He now fronts a band called Majestica. He can still sing another octave higher than this. He has done collabs with both Dan Vasc and with Erik Gronwall (another Swedish metal singer). There will be more Tommy to enjoy, I promise! Thanks Nick
Jamie, I can't remember that Tommy and Dan did something together till now (though a lot of people would like them to do) - except you mean the video on Karla's channel, where she edited them singing together. Or maybe you know more than I? 🤔
@@karinkrenn Hi Karin! You are correct. It had been awhile but I was remembering two things, the edited Queen song. And for some reason Dan’s version of the Sabaton cover The Last Stand. I’m sorry, it was wishful thinking on my part. I too would love for them to collaborate. Dan, Tommy and Erik Gronwall are truly awesome artists. Take care.
Awesome cover of this ABBA classic. 🎶 Tommy, Erik, Dan - each of them alone could fill a reaction channel with their music. Tommy's channel, the one of his own band "Majestica" and "Sabaton's" (the band he was guitarist in for the last seven years) are full with amazing stuff to discover. Thanks again, Jamie, and thank you, Nick. 🎶
glorious reaction my friend :) now it's time for discovering Tommy ;-) a must react video is Tommy Johansson: You raise me up, one octave challange..you will not be disappointed and rest the day with jaws open, i swear 🙂
Tommy’s melody alterations are tasteful and his level of musicality and skills are spectacular. Still, Agneta’s performance is the full emotional experience and the 1980 music video is the epic level.
Hi, you have a problem with your recording equipment. It has a back squel (strange flat sound), makes the sound distant and flat, just want to help. Otherwise, wonderful reaction 🙂
Please feel free to pick a song. This is for the band IMMINENCE from Sweden. The lead singer, Eddie Berg, plays violin at the same time as he sings and screams. This is the storyline of videos that go together. Storyline w/ music videos!!! 1. Come Hell or Highwater 2. Desolation 3. Heaven Shall Burn 4. Death by a Thousand Cuts 5. Continuum No Storyline w/ visualizers!!! 1. Beyond the Pale 2. The Call of the Void 3. Come What May 4. The Black

Yes, this cover is fantastic.
I second it. 😄
1 3rd it!
I concur
so much agree with this
This is great. I too love Abba. It's nice thay he put his own style and touches on it, but still maintained the original feeling and sound.
Tommy is soooo good, all his cover and his own songs by Majestica are so unique 💥🫶❤️

@@jamiem4941Ok. But I must say it would have made me happy if you had told me they did a collab in secret. 😉 Best wishes to you 🎶
@@karinkrenn So sorry to break your heart! It broke mine too. But we can always hope they will rectify that oversight! 🙏
