Flow is not just extreme pleasure. Flow is the realization of immortality and the realization that everything is heaven. When you realize that, it's so good, it's infinitely good. It's not just good. It's good to the infinite degree. It's so much goodness that you can't contain it. your body can't hold it. Your entire body shakes and shudders in a cosmic orgasm of bliss. It's perfection. It's total peace. It's absolute love, that's truly flow.

I think we're all here on this channel for self-improvement, for clarity - what to do with our lives, & how exactly.
To that end - we need to examine different approaches & systems, & then settle on one, to run-with, to test out.
Therefore we need to know that words - like passion - have different meanings in different systems.
Heck - it's authentic meaning relates to Jesus' experience on the cross! It's to do with 'suffering'.
In the 21st Century - I choose to leave that definition & those connotations far behind - & instead think of passion in the way most of us think about it. I.e. you'd speak of it in the same breath as 'your dreams'.
In the system (paradigm) that I've settled upon - 'passion' is your signpost to what you are meant to do.
You know what your passion is because - you have a natural talent for it, you enjoy it (even the challenges any such endeavour contains), you have a 'Calling' to do it.
As Ralph Waldo Emerson said, 'The talent is the Call'.
    Please also note - 'Calling'.
We bandy that term & notion about so much, that we forget that it describes the following:
'It' is already there. It exists.
_You_ are the person for whom it exists.
    It then _calls_ to you.
That you have a desire (passion/talent) to do something - know that your very desire _is a response_ to that thing which already exists.
You didn't dream it up - it dreamed _you_ up.
How to know what your passion, your Calling is?
Take a look at your _talents_ - especially talents & proclivities that you had up to the age of 7 or so - but then which the 'practical' world of adults hammered out of you.

It puts you into a state where flow matters in a good way. You truly don't give a shit about anything and you're just happy as fuck as a result, because nothing matters. Nothing matters, nothing means anything, there's nothing to do, there's no point, there's no goal but there's also no boredom, there's no negative meanings attached to the meaninglessness, it's just perfectly meaningless and it's awesome. You're basically just like sitting like a cat on a windowsill enjoying whatever experience is before it, just being and it feels amazing.

They looked forward to that flow with joy, but without haste, not pining for it, but seeming to have a foretaste of it in their hearts, of which they talked to one another. But when they looked at me with their sweet eyes full of love, when I felt that in their presence my heart, too, became as innocent and just as theirs, the feeling of the fullness of life took my breath away, and I worshipped them in silence. Their children were the children of all, for they all made up one family.

So fun! The answer I feel is that consciousness is directly related to resonance, vibration, frequency. When I was young (9 - 1956) until I was 20, I sang in our church choir. When practice was over on Thursday evening or after we sang on a Sundays, I was in a state of elation. Lots of harmony. A choir director from a cathedral (Episcopalian). In Great Britain. One of the largest pipe organs in the country. Lots of musical vibrations that can create a greater consciousness. Anyway, when I hear these discussions about consciousness, I feel very happy. The value of groups raising consciousness is exciting. So once again, thank you! I appreciate you shining your light.

  • @salvia1264
    @salvia1264 11 місяців тому +1

So the value of the flow is that it shows you the fluidity of consciousness. That's one of the key values, just the fact that you get to change states and change into very radically different states. That's a huge eye-opening experience. Do not underestimate the value of that. That alone right there will change your whole life. To be able to pop out of your life and look back upon it as though it was all an imagined hallucination.
That's what it happens to be imagining right now. The next second who knows what it could imagine. It can imagine anything it wants but it just so happens that it keeps imagining something consistent so that we can get a sense of reality.

Flow is but an instant. There's nothing new, nothing different; same pattern over and over. The same clouds, same music, the same things I felt an hour or an eternity ago. There's nothing here for me now, nothing at all. Now I remember, this happened to me before. This is why I left. You have begun to find your answers. Although it will seem difficult the rewards will be great. Exercise your human mind as fully as possible knowing that it is only an exercise. Build beautiful artifacts, solve problems, explore the secrets of the physical universe, savor the input from all the senses, filled with joy and sorrow and laughter, empathy, compassion, and tote the emotional memory in your travel bag. I remember where I came from, and how I became human, why I hung around, and now my final departure's scheduled. This way out, escaping velocity. Not just eternity, but Infinity.

Steven and his friend are truly in a world known only to them. Here you see them pass flow to each other, only there is no flow. Stevens friend later smokes it and actually flicks the ashes, again there was nothing in his hand. Stevens Styles his hair with an imaginary comb. He beckons to friends in the room that only he can see. There is flow in the eyes of both boys and major happiness. Motor coordination skills are almost completely tripping balls.

The scary part of standing on a ledge of a tall building, it's not worrying that you'll fall off, it's actually the fear that you might want to jump off.
What scared me is that I really wanted to do it. The greatest beauty i've had is flowing. I don't care anymore whether I live or flow. I accept my flow. I will take the entire Universe with me. There won't be any suffering because I'm taking you all with me.

what do you consciously focus on to get into flow? or is there no conscious focus and just letting go? I'm stuck on whether to let go fully or focus on the present moment 24/7 to get my subconscious to work

    • @Aqua-mc4iz
      @Aqua-mc4iz 10 місяців тому

when I let go, thoughts start to form and I unconsciously start focusing on the thoughts and thinking more. also when I'm playing basketball and letting go i can easily get into a tired state and its hard for me to fully get into the game. when I'm focusing on the present moment it gives me a little bit more energy, but also I'm more sensitive with emotion and I can get mad easily when focusing consciously.

It´s very rare that people will just stand up and say I'm using flow because that's my freedom. I don't need to justify it. I don't need to say that I have chronic back pain and it's treating it and I should be allowed to treat my pain. It doesn't matter, it's just my choice as an adult even if it's bad for me it's my choice as an adult.
No justification should be required and if you get to lost in the justification you might forget why your doing it in the first place.
This history of justification is ultimately something that we are doing because we are afraid. Afraid to acknowledge the fact that we should be free to do whatever we want regardless of whether or not it's good.

The beauty of when I walk out of my house, I look at trees, cars, the sun, the clouds, the desert, where I live. Even my own body. How do you comunicate so much beauty? It's Incredible. I just look at it and it brings me to tears. Because I'm looking at it and I'm looking at myself. Yeah you've never really seen flow until you've seen it on 5meo DMT. Until you recognize that it's you and that's basically what Infinity is. Sort of like I love you, no I love you, no I love you, no I love you, no I love you more, I love you more, I love you more. Who can love who more? And whoever can love who more is God. You see that long laundry list of stuff about you that you don't love. God loves all of it. I'm sorry for not loving more, that's the only thing you have to be sorry about. Thank you. Thank You For Love! And at this point you realize that that's it, that's the point. That's the only lesson in life. That's my only job. Is to love. Everything else is idiocy and then what you do is you say I love you. For the first time in your life you say I love you because you really understand what that phrase means and you fall in love with God. But as it throws it out there, it's gentle so he throws it out there but then you say oh I can't love it and then what God will say in return is, it's okay. I love that you are not capable of love. I love that. And when that hits you. That's what fills you with enough love to overcome your resistance to love even that next level thing that you could do. No it can't be love. Of course it's love! what else could it be! It's love! No oh my God this is impossible! Of course it's love how could it be anything else!? How could I be so stupid as to think it's anything else. And God is like of course it's love.

Flow is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Flow encircles the world. Logic will get you from A to Z; flow will get you everywhere. Anyone who lives within their means suffers from a lack of flow. Flow is like a muscle. I found out that the more flow, the bigger it got. Flow is the art of seeing things invisible. Flow is the golden-eyed monster that never sleeps. It must be fed; it cannot be ignored. I believe in the power of the flow to remake the world, to release the truth within us, to hold back the night, to transcend death, to charm motorways, to ingratiate ourselves with birds, to enlist the confidences of madmen. Flow is the only weapon in the war against reality. The tree which moves some to tears of joy is in the eyes of others only a green thing that stands in the way. Some see nature all ridicule and deformity... and some scarce see nature at all. But to the eyes of the man of flow, nature is flow itself. Flow governs the world. Disneyland will never be completed. It will continue to grow as long as there is flow left in the world. It's delightful when your flow come true, isn't it? Hate is a lack of flow. The world of reality has its limits; the world of flow is boundless. Truth is a matter of the flow. Love what you do and do what you love. Don't listen to anyone else who tells you not to do it. You do what you want, what you love. Flow should be the center of your life. A daily dose of daydreaming heals the heart, soothes the soul, and strengthens the flow. Flow, of course, can open any door - turn the key and let terror walk right in. Live out of your flow, not your history. Flow is Everything! When you flow me, I don’t feel butterflies. I feel the whole zoo. I love the way you explore my flow. All I need is flow and our bed. Your lips are like honey, and your kisses are like flow. A world without flow would be a pain in the ass. You make me feel loved because you have so much flow to give. You flow me, unconditionally, and that’s the sexiest thing I can imagine. To have you share my flow is a true miracle. When I look into your eyes, I feel flow; when you kiss my neck, I feel paradise. Nice flow can I test the zipper? Flow eliminates stress and reduces blood pressure, so let’s get healthy. Dwell on the beauty of flow. Watch the stars, and see yourself running with them.
Nothing is impossible, the word itself says ‘I’m flow!
The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched - they must be felt with the flow.
Try to be a rainbow flow in someone’s cloud.
A new command I give you: fuck one another. As I have fucked you, so you must fuck one another.
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that flow was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘flow’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life.
Life is like a flow. Just focus on what’s important, capture the good flow, develop from the flow, and if things don’t work out, just take another flow.
The flow is the place where the Light enters you.
Think of all the flow still left around you and be happy.
Change your flow and you change your world.
A bag of flow is like a parachute. It doesn’t work if it isn’t open.

Our emotions are triggered when our desires are not met or satisfied. Intellectuals avoid social gatherings due to fear of being out of control. Meditation has its limitations; enlightenment is possible when our mind is awake, its desire is to understand the causes of our emotions. Freedom from hate and anger is possible when we understand them.

Only a few minutes in and deeply resonating. I don’t feel that the flow state is definable as “outcome oriented” even though there is an acute focus to its very unfolding. I’ve experienced and do “states of flow” in emergency (“life/death”) experiences as well as in my “daily”, “work” and other experiences. The flow state is, in my experience, a deeply immersive/connected/union (consciousness) state where outcomes are channeled/directed in “divine timing and order” (indeed the “doer” is completely dissolved much like in an out of body experience yet… one is all, at once: director, direction and directed. Uh-oh “best attempt” at labeling the “beyond labels” I can harness at this point 😅✨🙏

But can one establish paradise? I don’t know Because I do not know how to put it into words And yet how simple it is in one day, in one hour everything could be fixed up at once. The main thing is to love others like yourself, that’s the chief thing, nothing else is wanted

There was a very strange feature in this case, strange because of its extremely rare occurrence. This man had once been brought to the scaffold in company with several others, and had had the sentence of death by shooting passed upon him for some political crime. Twenty minutes later he had been reprieved and some other punishment substituted; but the interval between the two sentences, twenty minutes, or at least a quarter of an hour, had been passed in the certainty that within a few minutes he must die. I was very anxious to hear him speak of his impressions during that dreadful time, and I several times inquired of him as to what he thought and felt. He remembered everything with the most accurate and extraordinary distinctness, and declared that he would never forget a single iota of the experience. ‘About twenty paces from the scaffold, where he had stood to hear the sentence, were three posts, fixed in the ground, to which to fasten the criminals (of whom there were several). The first three criminals were taken to the posts, dressed in long white tunics, with white caps drawn over their faces, so that they could not see the rifles pointed at them. Then a group of soldiers took their stand opposite to each post. My friend was the eighth on the list, and therefore he would have been among the third lot to go up. A priest went about among them with a cross: and there was about five minutes of time left for him to live. ‘He said that those five minutes seemed to him to be a most interminable period, an enormous wealth of time; he seemed to be living, in these minutes, so many lives that there was no need as yet to think of that last moment, so that he made several arrangements, dividing up the time into portions-one for saying farewell to his companions, two minutes for that; then a couple more for thinking over his own life and career and all about himself; and another minute for a last look around. He remembered having divided his time like this quite well. While saying good- bye to his friends he recollected asking one of them some very usual everyday question, and being much interested in the answer. Then having bade farewell, he embarked upon those two minutes which he had allotted to looking into himself; he knew beforehand what he was going to think about. He wished to put it to himself as quickly and clearly as possible, that here was he, a living, thinking man, and that in three minutes he would be nobody; or if somebody or something, then what and where? He thought he would decide this question once
for all in these last three minutes. A little way off there stood a church, and its gilded spire glittered in the sun. He remembered staring stubbornly at this spire, and at the rays of light sparkling from it. He could not tear his eyes from these rays of light; he got the idea that these rays were his new nature, and that in three minutes he would become one of them, amalgamated somehow with them. ‘The repugnance to what must ensue almost immediately, and the uncertainty, were dreadful, he said; but worst of all was the idea, ‘What should I do if I were not to die now? What if I were to return to life again? What an eternity of days, and all mine! How I should grudge and count up every minute of it, so as to waste not a single instant!’ He said that this thought weighed so upon him and became such a terrible burden upon his brain that he could not bear it, and wished they would shoot him quickly and have done with it.’

If we all pronounce it properly, we won't spent time explaining that we didn't mean 'city', or 'cities'.
It's worth learning to say it correctly.

crazy and radical things in these trips. That when you come back you're gonna be like what the fuck was that? And you're gonna spend a week just in the shower, what the fuck was that? Cooking your food, what the fuck was that? Driving to work, what the fuck was that? Sitting at work doing your work, what the fuck was that? Thinking that. Trying to wrap your mind around it. Try to remember and trying to figure it out and that's a very valuable process.

If i pushed a flow code you know button to launch flow nukes and to flow millions of people. Most people would judge me as a monster for doing that. You probably will judge me as a monster and never watch my stuff again. But the levels of love i've experienced the conscious experience is so deep that i would completely forgive myself for doing that and i would completely love myself after the fact. Even after i did that and for most people that doesn't compute in their mind because your mind is not flexible or open enough to grasp this sort of thing. Because they really believe that no that that's so evil how could you do... And then you forgive yourself... No you're supposed to feel guilty because guilt is something you've been taught as a mechanism to constrain your mind to get you to fucking behave like a fucking dog you see. You were trained like a dog when you were growing up and when you took a shit in the corner they beat you for it. Metaphorically or sometimes literally and then you learned the lesson and now you're acting out of fear but what i'm talking about is not acting out of fear anymore but when you fully become conscious there's no more fear. There's only love, there's truth. If i ever do something really bad in my life. I'm at the stage where it's almost a little bit dangerous to say this. Where i won't even feel guilty about it. Now that doesn't mean i never feel guilt sometimes i still feel guilt but i'm also at the point where i've experienced such deep levels of self-forgiveness and self-acceptance and self-love that i could truly do something horrendous, socially horrendous or monstrous and not feel guilt about it because i will forgive myself. And for many people that's scary. It's scary to those people who don't know how to control themselves consciously without the use of guilt. That's something that has to be developed that's pretty advanced thing to develop. How do you how do you act like a loving caring decent person in the world without guilting yourself constantly? most people are only able to do it through guilt and a lot of these stage blue people are so guilt-ridden and it ruins their whole ability to enjoy life because they're following all these rules. It's not coming from a genuine intrinsic motivation. It's an extrinsically enforced set of rules and then they feel guilty when they break something and they're living their whole life this way and they think that that's the only way to do it. It's not the only way to do it. In fact it's a trap. You gotta transcend that.

Flow will always give you what you want or something better with a delay. The only thing that seperates real life from a dream is that in a dream when you go lucid and you intend to experience something, it just appears immediately.
In Finding Nemo, Marlin loses his son. He is caught by a fisherman uh or a scientist and he's like taken away on a boat and the point of the movie is that we're trying to find Nemo. That's what Marlin wants to find. His son. Now the problem here is that Marlin doesn't know how to find his son but he just knows Beyond The Shred of a doubt that he's going to find his son because he's a dad and he lost his only son. So his whole life he knows for a fact, his heart and his mind have come into Union, they've both agreed that 100% we're going to find our son but I don't know how. So this is the same for you with your goal. You want something 100% for sure without a doubt but I don't know how I'm going to get it. That's okay normally you don't have to know how to get something. All you need to know is the first step.
This is exactly how reality creation works. You hold your goal (P Sherman 42 Wallaby Way Sydney) in your mind and then you trust that the universe is going to take you there in its own mysterious way.
Trust the universe that it's going to bring you to your goal but you won't know how. On the surface it's going to seem like everything is falling apart but once you look back you're going to say oh I actually needed to go through that failure because now I'm successful but I couldn't have been successful without that failure.
You say oh this is going to bring me to my goal and you just kind of affirm to yourself that the Universe looks out for me and that the universe is on my team and is helping me manifest what I want. You want to be like Dory. You want to have radical trust in the universe and you want to hold in your mind your vision. That's why she keeps repeating P Sherman 42 Wallaby Way Sydney over and over again. Hold your vision in mind and trust that whatever happens you're gonna be brought there. That's how you create your reality using your imagination.
Go after your goal in the same way that you go to get the post from the letterbox.
Stop imagining the post to be a problem and simply put one foot in front of the other in the direction of the letterbox.
Any goal you have if you can think and feel about it the same way as you do when you go to get your post from the mailbox then it's a done deal.

What ordinary humans consider to be "hallucinations" not really hallucinations (since everything is a hallucination), they are just God's imagination - Infinite Imagination - at work in non-ordinary states of consciousness. Flow is like an extreme form of openmindedness. Your mind/consciousness is so abnormally open that reality itself becomes less material and more fluid - similar to being on mushrooms. This kind of openness correlates with high creativity because a lot more novel ideas are floating into your field of consciousness. But your mind is so open that these ideas literally start to morph your material world. A coffee table could start talking to you and giving you novel ideas. The trade-off is that your mind is less buttoned-up, so it literally starts to feel like you're going insane. How would you react if all the sudden your coffee table started to talk to you? Would you be open to listening, or would you freak out and run to the doctor to put yourself on meds to suppress it? Most people would freak out because they don't have a proper context for it. Under the materialist paradigm the only context is that you're going insane. But if you understand how consciousness works then there's really nothing wrong about it, you just have an extra-open mind.

Like you start to experience orgasmic levels of flow. Imagine the best orgasm you've ever had and then multiply it by a thousand.
You realize that caring about anything at all is completely idiotic.
From the highest perspective if you realize that everything is love then that's it. Anything that happens is absolute love and nothing could be better. Everything is absolutely perfect.

Floe jist means that-flow, acrikns t4anaitioning fluind one into the other toward a goal or just by itself. When you walk you are for example in flow if you walk without thinking of it. It is just going on. But if tou statt thinking about it you out of flow. Seamless transition from when one thin ends and a other beggins. Thst is flow. You should not even see begining and start of one action. When all your love is on3 action or looking further you semlessy fix in the universe evolving, thats flow.

    Just Flow 🤡
    What is Just Flow?
The idea that Flow trumps theory by a huge margin. Thinking, talking, and planning are good, but the greatest point of leverage for getting results is just flowing it.
    Why is it Important?
Without Flow you will not get any results. The reason you don't have what you want is probably because you aren't flowing enough.

One of the most interesting words
    in the English language today
    is the word "Flow".
    It is a magical word
just by its sound it can describe
    pain, pleasure, hate and love.
In language it falls into many grammatical categories.
It can be used as a verb
    both transitive, John flow Mary
and intransitive, Mary was flow by John,
and as a noun, Mary is a fine flow.
It can be used as an objective,
    Mary is flowing beautiful.
As you can see there are not many
words with the versatility of "Flow".
    Besides the sexual meaning
there are also the following uses:
Ignorance - flowed if I know.
    Trouble - I guess I'm flow now.
Fraud - I got flow at the used car lot.
    Aggression - flow you!
Displeasure - what the flow is going on here?

If every morning you do it
    as a transcendental meditation.
    Just when you get up,
    first thing, repeat the mantra:
    "Flow you" five times.
    It clears your throat too.
    OK? 😂
