    ___________
Jonah Kest was born into a Yoga Legacy. With his father, Vinyasa Yoga pioneer Jonny Kest, and his mother, Milla Kest, as one of the first Yoga business owners and Yoga teacher training programs in the midwest - He was destined to follow the path. At the age of three, Jonah was walking the Yoga room with his dad and shortly thereafter he began to learn the importance of a daily practice and evening meditation.
Today, Jonah is a well traveled ashtanga/vinyasa teacher whose classes are both graceful and intense. Impermanence, compassion and humility are just a few of the elements that Jonah seamlessly weaves through each healing practice.

I’ve been watching these podcasts along with others and doing extensive reading on spiritual topics and emotional awareness. I feel like the people around me have no idea or understanding. I feel like I have a full understanding about the environmental problems we face and the cause of them as well. I feel suffocated by the people around me and have been made aware of the benefits of being around like minded individuals when you are trying to achieve something. I envision one day I will be able to help the world and the whole world will see truth because we will need everyone in order to face issues. Thank you for being a space that has been a source of validation and great knowledge in these dramatically changing times. Thank you for being a force for change and understanding the full scale of this transition, one that must start with the self and tapping into ourselves and our knowledge. The light in me honors the light in you.

    On authenticity.
    Consciousness is one .
To draw from infinite intelligence we are all sipping from the same cup, nothing new under the sun .
The end is the beginning , hot and cold are only degrees apart
To be authentic to oneself in this experience we recognize that we are all connected. the light just dances and reflects slightly differently in everyone and everything to make the picture complete...
    Appreciate the nuance in all.
    Thanks for sharing so beautifully.

real yoga is all about the Hindu religion taught by Hindus and not for a fee. btw, the Sanskrit/Hindu word yoga has nothing to do with the body. Divorcing yoga from Hinduism is dishonest.
