Very nice tour! I looked at this in February 2019 in Ashland, VA with my son. It was almost identical, but it had a range hood instead of the microwave. At the time, before COVID and the big jump in housing costs, it was $89k but it was on special for $79k. I took pictures on my phone so I'm remembering correctly. He had a lead on a couple of acres but decided not to get it.

Very unusual design in the master bath. And room for a hamper! That is hard to find. Both bathrooms are really nice. And a pantry in the kitchen - great. Really like this floor plan.
Love the floor plan love dinningroom pantry and linen you need to show other home people how to build homes it has storage that you need other homes don't
I bought one inowensboro water comes indoors both doors leak insulation. Wet got mold. Crooked 2by 4 told them come and get it they side we come a d get it but now they went me to pay for it not nonono I will die
