I really do love this house. The past couple of videos you have mentioned a furniture package, do you know what comes in that package? I am in IL and have plans to move down to GA, if everything goes well by the Fall, but it would be a lot easier to have furniture down there than hire movers for me. Also, do you know are there any models that already have a decent porch on them or deck or do all of them you have to purchase one separately?
