It’s awful having a neighbor like this. My dad currently has a neighbor who’s son who is almost 60 moved back home from California. This man caused a lot of trouble when he was young and unfortunately has not changed one bit. Just this past weekend the police were called because he was yelling and threatening people.
Usually, three year olds haven't learned/been taught to hate yet. There's really no age equivalent for him. He's just a mean, hateful drunk who needs to keep himself indoors.
After spending years watching people get drunk as a bouncer I figured out that alcohol reverts people in age, personality wise. It's why we enjoy drinking it. It starts slowly and you just keep going backwards the more you drink. When you overdo it though it gets ugly. This fella drank himself to the toddler stage and is full full of operational defiant disorder. A few more drinks and he would have been at infant stage, just babbling and in need of a diaper.

I have a neighbor who looks and acts like this man-but only sometimes. My neighbor doesn’t drink, but he is unreasonable. He lives right next door to the school I worked at, which I walked to. He has always been very pleasant with me and my husband who was a deputy. When he saw me outside at recess, he was silent. Once I went inside, he would do things to harass the kids and staff outside. He would call the school demanding that people not park in front of his house during conferences or programs, and the school was to see to that on his behalf. I kept telling the school to just get a no contact order, but they wouldn’t. Now there is a law suit. Some people are their own worst enemy.

It’s awful having a neighbor like this. My dad currently has a neighbor who’s son who is almost 60 moved back home from California. This man caused a lot of trouble when he was young and unfortunately has not changed one bit. Just this past weekend the police were called because he was yelling and threatening people.

After spending years watching people get drunk as a bouncer I figured out that alcohol reverts people in age, personality wise. It's why we enjoy drinking it. It starts slowly and you just keep going backwards the more you drink. When you overdo it though it gets ugly. This fella drank himself to the toddler stage and is full full of operational defiant disorder. A few more drinks and he would have been at infant stage, just babbling and in need of a diaper.

My neighbor doesn’t drink, but he is unreasonable.
He lives right next door to the school I worked at, which I walked to. He has always been very pleasant with me and my husband who was a deputy. When he saw me outside at recess, he was silent. Once I went inside, he would do things to harass the kids and staff outside.
He would call the school demanding that people not park in front of his house during conferences or programs, and the school was to see to that on his behalf.
I kept telling the school to just get a no contact order, but they wouldn’t.
Now there is a law suit.
