IF you can get a replacement screw as this place seems to have many for sale then buy the screw, make sure it's the proper one. To remove you can cut on the tapered groove with either a air or electric cutoff grinding wheel creating a slot for a flathead screwdriver to remove. Another option is to use a grinding disc aka cutoff wheel to grind it down thru the center of the screw to bottom of the head of screw. Then you can use a small chisel with a hammer to hammer the head of the screw which will be easier. IF you don't have a cutoff wheel you can also use a file though it may take longer.
Hi. I just came across this video as I have this problem with these screws! I have a power extension cord that I need to open and I can't because of these one way screws that are in the holes. Can't grab them with any pliers or hammer the because of the plastic case that would break. Any suggestion how and with what to reach these screws in the hole to unscrew them? It's a good power extension cord and I don't want to break it or throw it away!
I guess that one is too hard to demonstrate. That's my problem now. I wanna put an air conditioner in my window and can't bcuz of the window guard with those screws in it. Building management is dragging their feet. I don't what to do next. Maybe try getting a doctor's note to remove the guard.
Yeah if you couldn’t explain it in 3 1/2 minutes, I’m not gonna watch for a further 7 minutes. This is a tool, this is how you use it, this is where you can buy it 30 seconds done.

Use a vice grip pliers
How about removing one way screws from an inside window guard?

How to remove a one way, tamper proof screw… tear the whole house down! There, I got it!
I am laughing at the moment about the drill drilling another way 😂😂😂😂😂😂
What do I do if a "one way" screw is in a car?
Wher did you buy that punch?
You can find the automatic center punch here: amzn.to/2xSAvsb

Just use a little piece of pipe the size of the screw's head to avoid the pain
Thank you for your feedback.
This video could have been more effectively done without the first 5 or 6 minutes
